Hotel didn’t have an elevator which made it a little difficult for my mom. I must have missed that in the hotel description. Breakfast was okay, not much to choose from. The bathroom counter was very low for me and I’m 5’2”, that seemed very odd to me. The walls are not very insulated, we could here the people talking in the next room. On a good note the staff was very nice.

Liked the location.

Pros: It was a pleasant environment
Cons: Cant think of anything.
Location: It was convenient to the London Bridge.
It was excellent, When we checked in we were upgraded to a larger room.

The interaction with the young "owner of this property" was less than memorable. He was very flippant and reacted to my wife as less than. I suggest he remembers that customer's drive his revenue and all of them hold value.

Great getaway!

The hotels location is in proximity to the London Bridge. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were dated but super clean and quiet. The price was very affordable for the area. We were amazed at all the activities there was to do in the area (Winterfest, boat racing, sight seeing tours, 4-wheeling opportunities galore, nightlife was great also with lots of local bands!) We have decided to make it an annual trip to escape the cold in Wyoming.

No security.

Hotel was just ok. Room had visible repairs on the wall, not painted over. Most disappointing was security. The door coming in from the side did not lock, it didn't even close all the way, so anyone could walk in right by the rooms. On the last morning. As we were preparing to check out, we discovered our window was unlocked and not quite closed. We were lucky that no one came in and took out stuff as we were on the ground floor. This is something we never thought about when we checked in. Why would a window be unlocked?
