The pictures that were shown online did not even come close to accurately representing the property. Not only this, but the whole place just felt sticky and gross. Also, the water in the tub was constantly running and the door barely locked. It made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.

The motel has no drink water or coffee available, nor coffee machine. The sound proof is poor. I woke up at 3 am because the person on the 2nd floor was walking in the room and I could hear clearly every step he/she walked.

You get what you pay for. Old property that needs a lot of help. Toilet seat was so loose it almost fell off. Convenient location not far from London Bridges. Can’t recommend.

Really didn't like much of anything. First room had one bed broken down at an angle. Second roon had poor drainage in tub which was dirty. Upstairs person very noisy. Pictures of property totally inaccurate!

Very quite. When i took a shower, i couldn't believe what a nice strong shower stream, it was(great shower). Clerk was muti lingual, could converse in many different languages.

I will say that the bed was comfortable. I stayed for four nights. In the time I stayed, they didn't clean my room, replace the towels or take out the trash.......despite my requests on a daily basis!!! There wasn't any breakfast, although it is advertised as an amenity. If there were anywhere else to stay in Havasu, my recommendation would be for future travelers to stay anywhere but here!!! Hospitality???? It's non existent at Windsor!!!! Keep looking as this hotel should be an absolute last resort in an act of desperation!!!!

When I went to the reception to check in, the worker asked me for my ID and bank card, at that moment it seemed to me that he didn’t know that I bought a room through Expedia, so I asked, the man didn’t even listen to me and told me to get out of here and that he is canceling reservations. The tone of his voice was very rude and arrogant, he asked me what country I was from, and when I answered, he hinted that I should go back there. Finally, when he finally bothered to explain the situation to me, he told me never to return to this hotel again. As a result, I was insulted, the receptionist did not show any hospitality.

Let me begin by saying sorry for the misunderstanding or miscommunication you had due to your language barrier, however, he was well aware of the room being paid online to Expedia the card he had requested was for incidental which is required anywhere you are checking in. According to the video clip that includes audio it seemed that you were refusing to provide any debit/credit or cash for incidental deposit to check in, to check into the room you are required to debit/credit card or cash deposit. However, it was clear that you had 2 extra unclaimed guests and you didn't want to get charged for them which is why you took half an hour arguing and not wanting to give any form of deposit. Your reservation was for 4 guests in the room with 2 queen beds where it was 6 adults stayed in 2 queen beds and you know your rate would have been different if you had claimed all 6 adults. And very sorry again if you feel insulted by the receptionist.

No light in the bathroom, toilet lid was broken, vanity was tiled tiles were cracked broken and missing, the room smelled, pillows were old and flat, a continental breakfast was advertised but no area was set up. Building and grounds are run down the room was dingy and not at all like the photos provided.

We are sorry to hear that your stay with us was unpleasant, however, you were checked into room #151 which is one of our updated rooms so not sure how there were cracked broken, and missing tiles at the vanity, and you stayed for 3 nights so if there was no light in the bathroom you should have informed the front desk they would have taken care of the problem. Also, I am not sure where you see the advertising for breakfast because even on the Expedia site we are not advertising for breakfast. again very sorry for the inconvenience you may have faced during your stay we will address the issues. I like the price and location and have spent time here on multiple occasions, We usually only spend the nights here as we are visiting family in town. What I didnt like is that we were gone all day and the room was not cleaned, the towels not refreshed, along with the soap and shampoo. The bathroom is very small and hard to turn around once inside. Some of the other rooms I have stayed in have been bigger. I had closed the curtain before we left for the day, when we came back the curtain had been opened, but the room had not bee cleaned.

First off, the door had no gasketing and was open to an outside walkway, because of the age, it was sagging and there was a wide open gap where light and sound traveled. Not energy efficient for such a hot area of the country. Secondly there was absolutely no decor on the walls. No pictures, no color, nothing. The floor was done in a particle wood substitute for planking - and was seperated with large gaps between the planks. The light switch covers were filthy, looks like they had not been wiped down in over a year. I tried to use the power outlet outside that was marked for "boat charging" for my plug in hybrid, but it did not work. parking was limited for as many rooms as they had. They put most of the guests on the view side where you could see the water, which meant that side the parking filled up. The lobby had plexiglass for security, made me feel it was not the safest area, even though the rest of the city and hotels were just fine. I found it tacky and uninviting. The manager was friendly, but then hawked the city guides that were basically just advertizing brochures - there were two of them. I figured he was getting a kickback for prominently displaying them and giving them to each guest. The swimming pool was small, and shaded most of the morning from the adjacent building. I chose not to swim. on the plus side, it was close to the State Park and the music festival I attended, and I would highly recommend Sams Place just down the street for breakfast.

Go to Motel 6 better if you have a dog outrageous
The guy spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner! The bathtub had a lit’l black coming out of the crease and the shower handles were not covered as well as the shower head was exposed and I had to cover them with the cheap single shampoo:conditioner packets for one person as well as washcloth, since you don’t know what’s behind those openings which do not belong like that in a bathtub shower area. Mold is deadly and toxic for me since I had stage 3 mold poisoning and health issues ongoing. I chose this place for the price but when they told me dog fee $45 for 3 nites, go to Motel 6 dogs are free and won’t have a manager talk down to ur face and treat me, a woman single mom with disdain and disrespect. He told me never to come back which I do EVER want to step foot in that place for all I know there could be a camera behind those holes they’re big enough to have. I did not take any pictures but now I wish I had after he spoke to me in such an unprofessional uncaring manner when I told him he had mold. I left the place in very great shape! Threw. Any garbage the maid did jig have any extra work to be done dogs were great and not destructive so there’s nothing really for that man to speak to me so rudely. More than I will say here! And the towels were smelly, rough and only got one each the whole time, the tub was black stained around the metal area, offer free Wi-Fi but got nothing at all. Don’t waste ur money especially if ur a ingle woman have a disability or a kid 2!

I give this hotel the worst possible rating I can give. We checked in after midnight and went to go shower and there was absolutely no hot water. We had a four hour car ride and wanted to shower so we could go to bed . That didn’t happen and We went to bed dirty. We Talked to the owner when we got back from the water and told him how we had NO hot water to shower Woke up early to take our boat out on water all day. When we came back to hotel and parked, a homeless looking resident started telling my husband that the water underneath our boat was gas and not water . He said it smelled like fumes . We took the plug out of the boat when we exited the water , which is why there was water on the ground right under where the plug was at. But, this resident insisted it was gas because he could smell gas. What he was smelling is the fumes that exit both sides of the boat right where you fill it up with gas. Every boat has these and every boat you can smell the fumes of gas!!!! My husband told this guy but he disagreed and kept smoking his cigarette. The resident went and got the owner and was complaining to him now. So now the owner comes over and is telling my husband that he needs to be worried about people’s safety. That having gas on the ground is not safe, or the smell of the fumes. And my husband felt cornered by rheee m

Front desk agent refused to issue our keys because we had two service animals. Horrible establishment. They advertise pet friendly, but clearly do not adhere to that. Left us searching for a hotel in the middle of the night with kids needing to get to bed.

Our stay at the Windsor Inn was pleasant. The hotel is in the process of renovation, and our room was showing signs of aging while awaiting its turn. But overall, it was a decent place to stay for a night, and it was greatly appreciated that the manager was okay with us arriving about one hour after the preferred check-in time.
