Floors were stained filthy,bed was comfy though,bathroom was nice,gym equipment was broken which was the reason for my stay and breakfast was the same everyday. I asked Chelsea about the equipment before booking which she assured was state of the art only to find out she lied.

The bed was so comfortable. Got a great night of sleep. Plus it was not too far of a drive from beach and restaurants.

Not happy

The room was very dirty and smelled like smoke. I had to request a change of rooms twice.

Clean Hotel and Room

Pros: Clean
Cons: WIFI and concern about proper service
Check in was fast, room was clean and stocked properly. Location was ok - near lots of fast food if that interests you. Hot breakfast buffet was minimal at best - eggs to watery, sausage disgusting looking. Wifi was non-function during my entire stay. I told the lady at the desk and she said they had a full house and four FREE wifi channels from which to choose. No matter what I tried it never connected. And no staff concern.

Old, poorly run, hotel

Looking at the internet pictures that represented the property was very deceiving. This hotel room had a separate shower that the hot water did not work, and the tube shower combination was a Jacuzzi. Who would install a Jacuzzi in a hotel, think about the human factor. The room was showing it age with multiple repairs in the sheetrock. We got to the hotel early and could not check in, however the attendant gave us our keys and said check back in an hour. My spouse went to the room 2 hours later and entered to find someone else already in the room. This could not have gotten any worse for comfort or appearance.

I do apologize for your inconvienence. The hotel is currently having some cosmetic repairs done to it. I am also sorry that you didnt find the upgrade from your original reservation satisfatory.
