We stayed one night here on our way down to Banf. Staff were polite and helpful. Our room was certainly clean , but I would agree with other comments here , the furniture and fittings are certainly tired and in need of updating. The shower in particular is more like a jet hose which is not pleasant ...
Our room was small and very comfortable. We loved the excellent vegetarian tagine in the restaurant, and the hot tub on the roof with views of mountains and stars. There are comfy chairs near the fireplace and old piano where we relaxed and read after dinner. Didn't get a chance to use the dry sauna ...
Nice place. Located between the Crossing and Lake Louise. Located on main road and main freight line for the railroad. Walk up no elevator. Wi Fi was fine. Good place to stay given location and price.
We spent two nights at this hotel facility. the room was clean, comfortable and warm. We made use of the charming fire place that was well stocked with fire wood. The trail around Emerald Lake offered wonderful morning and evening walks, and one could rent a canoe near the entrance to the lodge. ...
This is a rustic resort, but perfect for us. We loved the fire pits next to the creek and enjoyed meeting people from all over the world as we shared wine and stories by the fire.
I only stayed one night but everything in the chalet was fine. I had a unit near the back which helped to reduce the road noise a lot. The bed was comfortable too. It was in a good location to get to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.
We only stayed one night at the Lake Louise Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was terrible though; the shower head must've been clogged or something. There were many restaurants to choose from inside the hotel but we didn't try them. Decent hotel to stay overnight.
