The hotel was fantastic. The staff was so helpful and nice. They recommended a great restaurant. When we got there they upgraded our room as well. The room was extremely roomy and was very nice. If we return to Lucerne we will definitely come back here. thanks for a great stay!

Modern Hotel

Location: Walking distance to the centre.
We stayed here for two nights. The rooms were clean and great location. We would just walk to the centre. Since we had a car, the hotel had parking space as well which made our trip super hassle free!

Modern hotel easy walking distance to center.

Excellent modern hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Food excellent if a little pricey. Short walk from main railway station and city center. Great lake and mountain views. Lake boats just across the road. Would definately stay here again.

Great location; just a few steps away from the train station and lake. Friendly welcome and departure. Carpet was a bit worn/stained but overall the room was quite large and clean. Would stay again without hesitation.

Well, the doors to bathroom didnt close fully-The hotelcharged 10 CHF for travel sockets- there was no USB plug for charging the phones..even Kettle wasmt provided - had to remind the reception twice before they were sent to the room. Not enough sugar were left in the room to even make tea.. The checkin lady said she was giving a good room with a view-all we could see was the carpark n few bldgs.. Before average experience from a 4* star hotel...

Whenever one of our guests takes time to tell us about his experience we value this tremendously, whether it be positive or negative. I highly apologize for the inconvenience caused with the kettle and the sugar. Normally, you can dial the "One Touch" service during your stay and my team is delighted to help you out. I am sorry that this not happened during your stay. Please rest assured that I will advise my front office team as well as my housekeeping team of that incident to avoid such problems in the future. I send my regrets that your assigned room did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, due to the building construction not all our rooms come with a view - but we always try our best to assign the most suitable room for each guest. Due to several circumstances we do no longer lend adapters. However, guests can buy one at our Front Desk for only CHF 10 what is a bargain price. In every other shop you pay much more for the adapter. Once again, I am sorry that your stay was not that what you expected from a 4* hotel - but please know that your feedback at least helps us and future guests since we learn from it and take appropriate actions. We still hope to get the chance to welcome you one day again at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lucerne and to convince you then from our service. Kind regards, M. Conzelmann - General Manager

Hotel is OK

Stay 2 night with my wife for tourist. Overall hotel is OK. 5 Min walk from Train station. Nice staff, good wifi connection. But the lighting inside the room is bad - TOO DARK and make you not feel comfortable.

Excellent location for Lucerne Switzerland

Pros: Friendly, clean, modern, location, price
Cons: Not much. We only stayed two nights. Sometimes the cleaning staff in the hall let the doors slam.
Location: Great location, right on the waterfront and right by the train station. Lots to eat in the train station. Plenty of great restaurants walking distan
This Radisson Hotel is located in an excellent downtown convenient location. Located by the train station, downtown, waterfront but also a nice and quiet location. Great coffee shops, shopping, historical downtown, great restaurants (in the downtown). The hotel room was very clean, very modern and quite spacious. We have stayed in many Radissons (and other Hotels) and this one had great furnishings, comfortable pillows (in true European standards), clean sheets, fully stocked coffee and machine and kettle for boiling water for herb tea. Large television, automatic blinds and large sliding windows that fully open to get fresh outside air. You control the heat (which is silent and even heat). The bathroom had a great makeup mirror which I really appreciated. The staff were excellent, we asked so many questions and they were so hospitable and informative. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
