“The outdoor space us awesome!! You'd never know you're close to town. Fireplace, fire pit, grills and numerous places to sit. The staff was awesome. They met us at the car and helped us up to our room. We parked in the handicapped space. The rooms are so comfortable. We had the 2 room suite which is like being at a resort. You'll not be disappointed.”

“We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.”

“Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake Lure Inn & Spa! The hotel's rich history was fascinating, and knowing that Hollywood legends have stayed here made exploring the property even more special. We also enjoyed strolling through all the charming shops in Chimney Rock. Finding out that the inn is so pet-friendly was the icing on the cake—we'll definitely be back!”
