We had a lovely one night stay. Hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable and they were willing to store our bikes inside for the night.

All you need for a very fair price & friendly staf
The hotel is very well located. The staff was very friendly. Broad range of food for the breakfast. It is a hotel with a very high price/quality ratio. Recommended.

The reservation was made for the same day, so we allocated the remaining rooms. These are the rooms we assign last. Also, you mention the noise from the bar until midnight, but for a weekend night midnight is not that late. Wonderful experience
Wonderful friendly staff and hotel, lovely large room with great bed and bathroom. Coffee machine in the room , extremely comfortable will definately return in the future

Very clean and modern room, comfortable bedding. Very quiet (room overlooked courtyard) good bathroom, good breakfast, free parking just outside, efficient check-in and check-out. Excellent value for money. Would re-book without hesitation.

Expensive for what it is
Extremely noisy if you stay on first floor. Windows are well isolated but not the main door, in the morning you hear all the noise from the breakfast. The shower doors were broken and the bed linens were yellowish.

Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful with all our questions. Nice size room with big bathroom and shower. I can tell you that this is a great hotel for the money and the location is awesome. Right by Lac Neufchâtel and just around the corner a great Crêperie Buck and … Parking was included and right down the street so really easy. They give you a card reader and you just go park 1 minute away.

Nice place, close to the lake and the city center. Only thing that could be better was the small elevator that was often occupied in the morning.

Initially we were given a windowless room with absolutely no natural light. Upon request we were moved to a room that we had booked, but only the next day. However, the staff was super friendly, very accommodating and we came away very happy and satisfied. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to lake, downtown area, funiculars etc. Very clean, large rooms and most importantly the warm staff at the front desk. We highly recommend Hotel des Arts and would go back there when in Neuchatel.

Great price, great location.
Great hotel, great location, great price. Would recommend, without hesitation. We stayed in a room with two beds and a pull out couch and it worked very well for our family. We also appreciated the tourist book, we took the boat ride, and really enjoyed it.

We arrived in the morning and the room was ready! Easy walking distance from the train station and everything we wanted to see. Giant, comfy room. Was great for the two of us and would still be comfortable for the whole family.

Unique to me was the way they handled my booking. I made a mistake and came a few days later. They had 1 room left which actually was an upgrade. They did not take advantage of my mistake, gave me the upgrade at the same conditions as booked initially incl. breakfast !!! Their customer friendliness is second to none ...

Good hotel location in Neuchatel near the lack. Rooms are up to date except for the bathroom. Could use air-con to improve comfort at night.
