Pros: Staff and cleanliness.
Not bad. Bed wasn't comfortable, and ac was very noisy.

Outstanding value for every Guest.

Pros: Location, ease of ingress/egress, large parking lot, quiet, appropriately landscaped, excellent room accomodations.
Cons: Find a suitable vendor for the closed restaurant/lounge who has constructive experience and knowledge of a food service enterprise for a Hotel.

I recall this facility was originally a Ramada Inn during the time I was General Mgr of the Phoenix Ramada Inn in Phoenix, AZ., also containing the PentHouse occupied by Mr & Mrs. Marion Isabell the founders of Ramada Inns. I know very little regards any pursuing history of this house, in Madison after that period. I am, however, amazed by the quality of the retrofit and offer serious kudos for the outstanding improvement plan that has been implemented. The integrity of the large rooms have been retained and refurbished with, well appointed, laminate wood floor panels, color accents in warm comforting colors. The King Bed is quickly adaptable, the cleanliness and freshness of the entire room, is immediately engaged upon the entering of the room. The lavatory vanity and the shower comfort areas are brite, with new appliances delivering a supply of hot water almost instantaneously upon demand, The linen was clean and fresh and the convenience of the Guest, a large refrigerator next to moderate sized Microwave. The Hot Continental breakfast was well done, and I seriously recommend your consideration for your choice of hospitality of the Days Inn while in Madison, Ga.

Check in was really nice. Room was comfy. Only complaint was the dirty bath towels with huge black stains on them. During checkout I mentioned it and got absolutely no response or a sorry about it.

Great Value

Other than a somewhat slow check in, everything was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. As for sound, I didn't hear cars or trucks whizzing by on the next door freeway.

Think twice before heading here

Upon arrival we were told that we were going to be charged again even though I prepaid. The staff refused to take my confirmation sheet and the website stating that I was paid in full. They wanted me to call hotels.com to verify payment. Also stated that the credit card was denied, but the credit card was not even my card. The lobby had a smell that was not good. First room had a small flood in it due to the refrigerator leaking. We were quickly given another room and it was fine. Shower could have been cleaner. Room was clean. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was free, but contained next to nothing as far as eating a quality breakfast. I would have been ok with everything had they not been so rude from the get go.

When checking in a third-party reservation, we ask for the guest's credit card just to hold it since we can only bill the third party for the room charges previously authorized. We do not charge the guest's credit card unless he wishes to extend his stay and authorizes us to do so. We work very hard to provide good customer service and ensure that our rooms are ready for guests when they arrive. I'm happy to hear that we were able to provide another room quickly. Check in was easy, and staff was all very nice and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. I was just request a room on the back side if possible because it's right behind a gas station and we were kept awake a lot that night with bright lights, cars honking, etc. Breakfast is minimal, but still very nice to have.

Good overnight stop off I-20

Was looking for a place just to spend the night, and I thought this was an excellent value. Recently redecorated. Convenient to fast food and chain restaurants. Friendly, competent staff.
