It was comfortable and convenient.

It was great, price was reasonable, I just stayed overnight getting my daughter back to college. I had originally booked for two nights but realized I didn't need the second night, there was no hassle making the change and the staff at the front desk was friendly.

Good location. Basic accomodations. Nice staff.

Pros: The location.
Location: While this hotel does not have access to Lake Flower which is across the street, there is a public park around the corner.
I stayed one night, and would say that this is a basic hotel with clean rooms. My check-in/out experience was very good, and the location is good.

Good Facility Close to Restaurants and Good View

Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: Good Location
Cons: Attached restaurant, Mackenzies, should be open for dinner.
Location: All recreational activities available - hiking, boating, etc.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was reasonably good and was located on the lake front (although not many rooms had a lake view). The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is close to restaurants.

Saranac Lake Visit

Posted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: The location, accessibility and quiet room.
Cons: It would be nice to have fresh coffee available in the lobby in the mornings.
Location: Visit: Adirondack Interpretive Center, Camp Colby Environmental Education Center, Paul Smith College, Lake Placid, Lake Clear. Lots to see!
This was a fine hotel for us, as I was traveling with an elderly parent. The accessible room was perfect; handicapped parking made it easy for us to go in and out. The little restaurant adjacent to the hotel was very nice for breakfast. The hotel is an older facility, but well maintained. Wewere very familiar with the area and visiting friends nearby, so it was most convenient.
