Beautiful hotel lakefront view

It was beyond my wildest dreams.Me and my husband got there and had been upgraded to A 1bdrm suite.It was gorgeous!!! Just Beautiful we have a Anniversary coming up on Feb 14th Valentines Day!!! Wish we could get the same room again.It was Great!!!

No king zise or balcony or lake view we rob

Lack Of management overbooked rooms and no cover parking for 24 dl a day , Room was not clean double bed we checked out on 31 due manager they booked us on corner view wall and pool view Never going back request a refund or credit for one day

Upscale, clean, convenient hotel

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Always a great experience! Breakfast is delicious and rooms extremely comfortable!

Disappointed

Location: Gloria's had great food & drinks and was only a walk away.
The fire alarm went off during the early morning (2am) of our first night's stay and again around 11am. I had booked a room with a balcony, but we were checked into one of the few rooms without. The bed/ pillows were very uncomfortable. The worst part was on the 2nd day when I had shifted the glass shower doors in the opposite direction... while in the shower I noticed what looked like a clear tail hanging from the track. Upon taking a closer look I saw a little hand. My husband pulled out a decent sized gecko that must've been there for quite some time as half was white and the rest was green. On the brighter side my husband loved the coffee maker so much he ordered one online for his office, the hotel lobby/ grounds were beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

If I book the room directly by myself, I could have a room with the lake view I am not happy at all because I got a room with view of parking lot So from now onwards I would not feel good booking through Expedia John

Fast easy check in. Staff very polite. 8 00 am was awakened by staff ask me if i needed bottled water. ....Errrg!
