Great DealPosted Nov 23, 2015
Pros: Price, cleanliness, the staff
Cons: The room had a few obvious repairs in the drywall but nothing that bothered me at all.
Location: Tahoe is beautiful. Enjoy the scenery!
If you just need a place to sleep that is clean and has what you need this is an awesome place. I stayed here with my wife 3 kids (all under 3 years old). They provided a pack-and-play for free in the room. Everything was clean and in order. Every employee I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. It was a great experience for a great price.

clean and convenient with dated decorPosted Oct 18, 2015
Needed a place near Lake Tahoe but not many options for just a few days while attending a wedding. It was conveniently located but very dated decor. Small updated like paint to cover wall paper and gettin rid of floral bedspread would be cheap and easy to do.

Not the newest, but decent.Posted Sep 24, 2015
Pros: Good selection of cable channels, fridge and microwave in my room (though not necessarily in all of the rooms), and access to the balcony out back.
Cons: Getting dated, could use a remodel.
Check-in was quick and convenient, and even a little ahead of the "official" check-in time. The rooms are a little outdated, but are still clean and comfortable. I wasn't uncomfortable walking around the room without socks on, if you know what I mean. The bathroom was also clean and presentable. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it. But if you're looking for a well-priced, convenient location in Tahoe City, this is a good place to go. There was also ample parking even though I think the place was probably fully booked for the Ironman Race.

Old but good.Posted Sep 7, 2015
Old refurbished motel that makes no pretenses. Clean, simple and in true 50's style. Friendly staff, and a Perfect location in the middle of Tahoe City.

tahoe city hotelPosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: The hot tub on the deck.
Cons: Not sure. I think space is limited all over Tahoe and they pack in as much as they can, but it makes it much less comfortable.
Location: Bike /walking trail along the Trukee River, Sports rentals, Blue Agave restaurant, Jiffy Pizza, The lake is accross the street, but no sandy beaches.
There are a million places jammed together all around lake Tahoe and many to pick from, unless its a high season weekend, and you just take what you can get. Thats what we did. It was a tightly packed room. not much space to move around. Very basic. Very hard to filter out noise, so you have to be able to tollerate noise. the location is great and the hottub on the deck is great and offers a nice view of the lake. I wouldnt say it was horrible, but I wouldnt go out of my way to recommend it to anyone either. If all you need is a place to lay your head for a night and you can take a little noise, this place is fine.
