This place is crappier version of the Travel Inn (which is also pretty bad) down the street. You can tell that the owners get the same low quality decor and amenities from the same place. Everything inside looks and is the same as Travel Inn, same brand mini fridge, low wattage microwave, off brand TV, desk chair, loud heater, clothes hanger (but you're required to bring your own hangers). It's cheap for a reason. They cut corners on everything. For example, you only get 2 towels, 2 tiny bars of soap and tiny one time use shampoo. Bathroom extremely dirty with bugs. Owner seems to be constantly watching the security cameras as well to see what the guests are doing. I would not recommend this place even though it is cheap. At least they have hot water, Travel Inn sometimes does not.

The room was not as advertised. There was limited TV channels. The heater didn't work properly. They hot tub didn't work. The room had NO hot water.When we asked for anything the answer was no. It was difficult both checking in and out.I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE

Couldn’t get a room at the casino until next day so we looked for a room at a motel moderately priced, and found one, so we were surprised when we went in and found a very clean room with large refrigerator with freezer, microwave and recently remodeled. It was our lucky day after all.

Staff was friendly and the location was perfect, in the middle of everything we wanted to go see. The room was pretty old fashioned but it was clean. The one negative thing is the shower. The door didn’t stay closed and the shower was small. I felt like I was taking a shower in a trailer. Other than that I enjoyed it.

I was surprised at the quality for the rate. They have obviously completely remodeled the rooms with new carpet, paint, walk-in shower, armoire/desk and spread. The room was small with only one chair, but I would highly recommend them. Great location right across the street from Heidis. I will be booking there again soon.

You’re getting what you pay for good bang for your buck. Great location and walkable area. Clean bathroom and bed nothing too dirty. Walls and building a bit older looking but nothing too bad. Staff was kind enough when we asked to extend our stay. Good WiFi and channels on the TV. A/C worked great and kept the room nice and cool. Online it’s posted that check in time is 3:00 but they have recently changed it to 3:30.

The only reason I gave them a 3 stars is because the bed comforter since to be duty. It has a gross stain on it. I didn't complaint so I can really say that may or may not change it. The 2nd day of my stay, we found that the cleaning lady didn't change the towels, or make our bed. 3rd day we came at cross to another cleaning crew and we asked for them to clean the room. They did fix the bed and provided clean towels. The stain comforter was left there, even though was very obvious. Bathroom was clean, shower was excellent. The place was quite enough to get a good sleep.

There was a black-out evening! No power! No light! No hot water! No AC the evening until 4:00 am next day! Did tell the receptionist when we checked out, asking for refund or discount. But so far, we haven’t received any apology or feedback from the hotel

Great stay.
The motel is a little older but it was clean and looked maintained. The front desk was lovely and very helpful. We were next to the stair and only heard a super heavy footed person walk by once. I felt secure with my car in the parking area. It was an easy walk to get food.

Clean and Safe
It was fine, if you aren't picky. The room was clean, we were able to check in early, we had wonderful water pressure in our tiny shower, the bed was good. There were some dings in the walls, and you can hear everything from the people upstairs if you have a group room and people walking up and down the isle. We bring earplugs everywhere because people are loud and noisey anywhere you go, so we use them to help us sleep at night. The neighbors lost water, ours was perfectly fine. Honestly you get what you pay for, we paid for a room that was safe for us to lay our heads at night and cleanliness which is was. I have no complaints

The rooms were spacious and inviting but the staff, not so much. They tried multiple times to charge us for our properly trained and papered service dogs. They told us the motel was closed the last day we stayed even though it was nearly full by that evening and they were very rude every time they talked to us.

Nothing was unique, very limited accommodations. No phone to tell front desk toilet did not flush or that water was turned off. No number to dial on my cell. No kleenex, no soap holder in shower. Lumpy bed and loud TV from another room until 2 a.m. Would never stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was nice & clean, bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad, the Wi-Fi did not work so well, it was slow. The staff was nice and friendly. If you’re over 6 foot tall and have a room upstairs duck your head going up or down the stairs lol All in all I’d stay here again.

The staff is very kind and friendly and its very affordable. The ice machine and coffee machine were out of order, and the wifi isn't very good, so that's a bummer.

This is a nice small hotel. I got what I paid for. The room is clean. I just need a nice place to sleep over. The location is good, close to Heavenly Ski Resort. Can't ask for more if they put some facial tissues in the room.

You get what you pay for.
It's a cheap, No-frills motel, so don't expect much. The weatherstripping around the door must be installed better to keep the cold air out. The coffee in the lobby was weak. Also, the heater noise might bother some people.
