In general was ok eventhoug breakfast was no good customer services was good,clean no noisy stores and restaurants were near by Suggestion better breakfast .

Quirky hotel experience for decent price

This was an unimpressive experience but hotel staff was friendly and we got a good price. The breakfast was very minimal and the room was mediocre for cleanliness and comfort.

Good room, great price.

The building seems old but the room I had was very nicely done. The bed was comfortable and they are pet-friendly. The only issues I had were that my dog barked at every noise the people the people in the upstairs room made, just by walking around (old building), and the curtain that covers the tall window next to the door needs to be lined - it was so bright in there that it was as if I left a light on in the room. The grounds are clean and the staff was wonderful. This is a great alternative to staying in an expensive casino, especially when you want to spend your money on activities whole you're there. It's down the street from the casinos in one direction, and down the street from the lake in the other direction. I'll book here again.

Good but small

The hotel was nice and clean, room service (cleaning) was good as well. The room itself was pretty small though, but may be for the price - that's what you get. I wouldn't recommend for families with small kids. My 1.5 yrs old son was always on the risk of being hit by table corners and there was no place for him to stretch or play a little. Otherwise it's a good deal for the price. Ohh and the bath was quite small as well, with the curtains on you couldn't reach your back without touching the curtain.

Never again

The room keys he provided us didn't work. I went back and he replaced the keys and again they didn't work. I went back again and this time he said he can open the door manually for us but we'll have to deal with the same problem again if we go out of the room. He said he wanted to give us another room so that he can sleep without us bothering him to open our door room which is supposed to be opening with the keys anyway. Then in the morning like around 8AM which is pretty reasonable time to look for a front desk representative, we wanted to checkout and ask if he has a broom we can borrow to clean 2 feets of snow on our car but for sure he was still sleeping. When we woke him up he wasn't polite and helpful. He showed up with his pijamas, didn't even bother himself to open the lobby door for us, he talked behing a window with us, slided the window to make enough gap for us to slide the keys to him and he disappered with no help at all about our question. Overall room wasn't clean. There were hairs coming out from hair dryer, blood spots on the pillow covers.

Never stay here. Absolute dump
