Just a average 2 star hotel

Posted May 23, 2017
Nobody to help with luggage at check in, had to take 2 trips up and 2 down. Food was over priced and just average food. Had to go to other casino to eat.

Nice hotel walking distance to the lake

Posted May 22, 2017
Cons: The sheets were a little on the rough side, not a very comfortable mattress and pillows flattened out as soon as you lay your head on them.
Quiet, large bathroom area, spacious room looking out at the mountains with partial lake views. Friendly staff, Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel is nicely located close to other hotels, walking distance to the lake and to shops at Heavenly Village. Only negative we experienced were: the sheets were a little on the rough side, not a very comfortable mattress and pillows flattened out as soon as you lay your head on them.

Pros: Quick check-in and check-out, nice beds, friendly staff
Cons: Dining options were limited. Several restaurants in the casino were closed.
Location: Good location. Shopping nearby. Golf in Carson City.
The room and hotel staff were very good. Our only complaint was the noisy patrons in several of the adjacent rooms. The Harvey's staff made efforts to remedy the situation

Nice large clean room.

Posted May 15, 2017
Pros: Clean with easy access to free parking garage.
Cons: water pressure at the sinks was too high and too low at the shower head. More outlets would be nice near the bed.
Location: within walking distance to shopping and restaurants
I read reviews on the basic room offering and decided to spend an additional $10 to see if the room would be better. For me, the room was nice with large bathroom and room. The décor was a combination of old and new, which was fine, but you could tell how far back the décor went to.
