Nice place but needs improvement on service
Check in was awesome, forgot her name but she was a mature lady with glasses. Kudos to her! We got the 1 bedroom with a loft. Both TVs (in bedroom and living room) did not work. We asked the front desk for help but the younger man that was working at the time told us that there are 2 remotes to turn on the TV, we told them that we only have 1 remote for the living room TV and 2 remotes for the TV in the room but still couldn't turn on. He told us he didn't know what to say after the fact that we told him we only had 1 remote fro the main TV. He was not willing to help & we were beat for the night so we let it go. We were never able to use the TV for the 4 nights of stay. My kids were very disappointed as they couldn't watch anything nor play their Nintendo games that they brought along. Another downfall was their phone lines. We couldn't reach the front desk or house keeping when one of the bathroom door was locked from the inside. We tried calling for about 20 minutes but no one was available to answer so we had to go to the front desk and ask for service. Other than those few things the hotel condo was a great place to stay, very close to Heavenly, Whole Foods is right across and Safeway was a block down. The private beach was steps away and we enjoyed playing volleyball with the kids.
