The property was under renovation but staff were fast to respond when our heater was not working. Checking in and out was pretty fast as you can request to check in early as long as your room is ready they’d check you in anytime. You can also request for a little late checkout. Ours was supposed to be 10am but we requested for 12nn and they agreed. Thumbs up!

The shower pressure was miserable. Also, we could only get extremely cold or very, very hot water in the shower (nothing in between). That was not fun. It also took nearly an hour for them to retrieve our car from valet. $35 for valet and we had to wait an HOUR.

UNDER RENOVATION...We have always enjoyed staying at this Marriott property due to the location. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that the lobby was closed due to renovation. I don't remember seeing this in any of the pre-arrival communication. There was a temporary lobby set-up, but you had to walk around the entire perimeter of the property with all of your stuff to get there. The valet didn't help us and when we got to the entrance there was a locked gate and we had to wait for five minutes for another guest to walk by and open it. In addition, the kids area which both my kids love was closed and there was limited programming (all outside by the pool in the cold). Staff all together didn't seem as happy or cheerful as normal. It was a rather disappointing stay. I would wait to book until they are finished with renovations.

I loved the property . The convenience to the hill. Fire alarm kept on going off would be the only issue and lack of valet service. Eventhough we paid 35 per day to park

Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, & conveniently located. While I wouldn’t choose valet if it was an option, the system they have to request your car from your phone is convenient. We didn’t have to wait long for ours but I’m sure it’s busy during peak times. Would stay again.

The location was convenient for skiers at Heavenly, right outside the gondola and ski rental facilities. Rooms are clean, staff was nice and helpful, lots of activities for families and nearby walkable restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice hotel however we had a very very long walk from our room to the elevator and one night the elevators were down. We also had to pay for valet every night & there were no other parking options aside from valet . The room was large & had a washer & dryer which came in handy .

Love this place!
I’m a fan for life! The place is in an ideal location, and love the decor, the family friendly sleeping options, the stocked kitchens, and friendly staff. The only down side was lugging the luggage cart around. In some ways I liked having my stuff immediately, so even that was okay, but I saw some older folks (including myself) struggling. The valet was also good and bad, but maybe it will just take some getting used to. Maybe covered staging area vs. leaving keys in an open window when it might be snowing.

We loved the kitchenette and coffee maker. These things helped our early breakfasts. The pool was clean and there were plenty of clean towels. The pool temperature was too warm for me. The bathroom was clean but is showing signs of wear. The entry doors slam very noisy so the cleaning staff and other guests can be heard in the room repeatedly.
