Bed not made on arrival. Ants all over floors. No way to contact front desk. 3 people upon entry could not work computer. No extra blanket. Construction on room next door. Bad stay left one day early. No refund.

Sewer treatment plant across the street makes the stay very smelly, property had trash all around, desk clerk at night unfriendly, killed multiple spiders in the room before bed, does not have continental breakfast as website says, and 1 tv channel even though it says cable. Room looked as if the pictures were stolen or taken down and just screws in the wall left. Overall not a great experience. Bed was clean and comfy thats about the best thing.

This motel should be condemned and deemed uninhabitable. Dirty, disgusting, nothing works. It feels like a place to be murdered

Worst Quality Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, run down property. Shady people being loud. Rooms being remodeled, but old furniture and carpet just laying in piles outside of rooms. I can’t believe Choice hotels would put their brand on this dump. Never again.

Dirty, lights didn’t work cars were broken into in parking lot the door did not lock properly once we went into the room we noticed these things went to the office to tell them we would not be staying and the owner denied us a refund, Do not recommend this hotel to anyone

This place was horrible. Rooms are DIRTY! They didn’t vacuum, no toilet paper when we arrived and toilet was dirty. It didn’t seem like they serviced the room. You definitely get what you pay for.

Don’t go there!
When we pulled up to our parking space, there was broken glass from a vehicle, possibly broke in to. Nasty looking car with damage issues. The heater never quit running, and an inch or more gap under the door, letting cold air in. Creepy area. The office looks abandoned. We will never recommend this place, or be back. Horrible!

Large place,only 5 stayed,only one employee checked me in,no one around during morning,no breakfast, 7 parking places filled with junk cars torn apart,same person who checked me in also cleaned rooms,never did mine,never seen but one employee entire time there,no one in lobby most of the time

Property is in need of a overhaul
This property should be condemned. Very run down and dirty. The website says WiFi, breakfast and pool. All were down and most if the rooms couldn’t be rented. We were one of three staying there. I felt my car would be stolen. Our linens were dirty and they forgot to vacuum. I always stay at this chain and have never experienced this before. Please go check it out, since the quality inn and suites name is at stake.

This property is awful. There are several cars in the lot that are in repair or abandoned. Looks like it is under construction but was informed it is not. Looks like anything the underbelly of the area wants is available at this property. Bonus! next to sewage facility plant!

Absolutely terrible place to stay. Toilets overflowed food from previous customers left in refrigerator. Located right by sewer treatment facility so the smell was horrible outside. Overcharged our card by $450 and said the computer automatically does this but the charges will drop off? Broken down vehicles parked in customer parking Stay as far away from this place as you can!

We could not check in because no one was at the front desk. Even though it says 24/7 front desk service. We tried at 2:00 am and 8 am the next day. I also could not call anyone and left multiple messages.
