The staff was very nice but extremely slow. Many mistakes were made during my stay. Breakfast was closed early so we had to eat at the deli. Few people speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Our coffee and bagels were taken by other customers, we had to wait extra for ours, when asked for clean robes in the room because I was sick the night before we were given robes bunched up on the bed. It wasn't clear if they were clean or not. People were nice but service was slow and hard to communicate with. Unfortunately there are few hotels up there so options are limited.
