The continental breakfast was more than expected! They had a good variety of breakfast items along with breakfast drinks- coffee, tea, oj, apple juice and other flavored juices. Our son loved making us waffles with their waffle maker. That was a huge plus! The room was just ok. They need to hire a better contractor to do better patch work and coverings around the walls. It makes the room look unpleasant. The bed was pretty amazing and comfortable. The floors outside of our room were damaged and stained black. I hope they replace it. It was gross. This hotel also allows pets so if you have children traveling with you that are allergic, this place isn’t for you. We could sometimes hear dogs barking at night. Overall, the pros were breakfast (waffle maker), warm running water, heater that worked very well and a great bed, and cons were all the above. Hope they fix the issues or at least make it look more presentable.

Staff was great and helpful. Property needs a facelift. The rooms and inside the buildings need are old, including the carpet. There was no available parking for the weekend.

We stayed in the suite room. The hot tub was great, water got super hot. However I wish the hot water in the shower would get hotter. Bed was a little firm also but I like my bed on the softer side. Other then that great stay. Room was clean.

everything is good except for the AC. It is too loud and even as we turned it off, it always have those tik sound and it turns on automatically after midnight and startles both me and my wife

Easy place to stay for a weekend in Tahoe. Great breakfast. Only downsides were there should be a non dairy milk & creamer options for guests who can’t have dairy or milk products. The mini fridge in my room smelt horrible and was not clean. Otherwise, fine

Breakfast area is a bit small , fyi. But , can’t complain because they had options. Room was clean. Staff at check in was really nice! Parking isn’t too bad. It was an overall great experience. No complains at all.

Comfortable bed, enough space in closet and the whole room itslef. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan though. And the parking is a hit or miss. Its free and they give you a card to put on thr dashboard but there are instances that you wont find parking and thats because other people not checked in the hotel is parking there too. But overall it was good!

Great breakfast but can get crowded at times. The rooms were clean. Parking was difficult to find during night times. There are 4 chargepoint chargers on premises which is amazing. We left our car to charge overnight. But they dont enforce parking regulations so gas cars are often parked in the charging spots overnight. The managers were very friendly and even helped me out with a booking issue.
