We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable and having a kitchenette was very nice. The breakfast was underwhelming and didn’t include all the items as advertised online. Overall, it was a good stay and the front desk workers were very helpful and kind.

Everything was perfect nice cozy room bathroom was super clean all little amenities of kitchen were available only one thing bothered us was light coming inside the room because we love to sleep in dark but the lights comings through doors bothers us through out the night Otherwise it was nice stay

I can say it is hidden gem in South Lake Tahoe. Cheap price and comfortable room and staff. DVD rental service is also good. I will definitely be back here.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very clean, cutsie, cozy, comfortable, perfect location and provided a great ambiance. It’s an older property but it’s kept up. We absolutely loved the year round heated pool and hot tub. There’s nothing like sitting in the 30 degree weather, in a steamy hot tub with the beautiful snow top Tahoe mountains as your view. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Horrible night
I had a family of 4. The hotel mentioned one bed and one sofa bed. When we were going to bed and opened the sofa bed, it was totally deflated and the bed springs started hurting our backs and ribs. When we tried the hotel staff, there was no one, since it was Christmas eve. They left at 8PM. The staff didn't inform us anything about the bed and how to fix it when we were checking in. We had a really terrible night in the hotel because of that.

Staff is very friendly and cool. Very dog friendly. The room is more like a suite with a small kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There's a living room area with a couch and tv and the bedroom area. The internet is good. There's a cute DVD rental library. It's got a great vibe.

The property is very cute and functional. The heater insideThe restroom is wonderful. It is quite spacious with two television sets, one for the living area and one for the bedroom. The front desk guy was very helpful.

Pet friendly and the secret garden was a special touch BUT it could use some more lights at night. The breakfast was good but some trays would be good to carry food back to room, Staff was very helpful and courteous. We will be back

Beautiful, clean property with good cooking and living facilities. "Magic Garden" in the back doggie area. Nicely landscaped and comfortable. My only complaint is the terrible TV selection--there was NO news channel or local network where you could watch news! The only channel approximating public affairs was a channel with right wing conspiracy documentaries. :-(

Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean, above and beyond on offerings- even have arts and crafts at a minimal price, loaner bikes, games, a pool and more. Got a reservation at the last minute after I accidentally reserved at another hotel that was booked for the next night. No regrets.
