About your accommodations

Brand new to our program is this wonderful Meadows studio accommodating up to 3. This studio is comfortable for a small family or a couple with one queen bed (brand new mattress) and a pop up bunk bed (top bunk does not have a ladder). The rustic décor adds charm, while the private balcony and wood burning fireplace allow you to take in the crisp, mountain air or cozy up when it’s time to wind down. The kitchenette is fully equipped and dining table for four. There are ski lockers available in the common area.  The Meadows also has a hot tub during the winter months but is not always guaranteed.

Bedrooms: Studio - Sleeps 3 - 378 square feet-
- Studio - Queen Bed (brand new mattress) and bunkbed (no ladder for top bunk)

Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom - We provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer.

Kitchen: We provide the following amenities: dining table seating for 4, full kitchen includes: gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, basic pots and pans, dishes and silverware.

Entertainment: Flat Screen Smart TV; No cable; DVD Player.

Meadow Stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Meadows. It was the first time staying overnight at kirkwood as we usually make day trips the property was excellent. For the two nights we stayed the small kitchen had what we needed to cook dinner in for two nights. Our only complaint was, there was a dish or two that wasn’t clean And the bed was a little soft for our taste, but other than that the property was really the perfect place for a couple nights. The property manager/maintenance people were very responsive as we only had a slight TV issue. However, they were there within 15 minutes; the check in and check out process was extremely efficient .It is conveniently located between timber Creek and the main lodge. The lodge open public area was very nice. Our only complaint there was it was dimly lit , however we would book this property again and recommend it to our friends .

Great place in Kirkwood
The place was small but comfortably fit me, my wife, and our 5yr son. There are built in bunk beds that was perfect for our son (a pleasant surprise.) Also wanted to note that the mini fridge kept our food very cold, much needed since we brought our groceries for the multi-day stay.

Functional, well maintained, terrific location.
Perfect small condo for a couple. Would be tight for any more. Very well maintained, clean and well equipped. Most dishes (except a couple) were clean from the cabinets and drawers. This is a frustration with lots of rentals but almost perfect in this case. That's very much appreciated. Great bed... again, a problem with many rentals but not this one. One minor irritation... the low flow faucet heads in the kitchen and bathroom were a pain. They each send out this low flow spray, practically unusable. I know, a pretty minor thing but maybe something that could be improved. Overall a great place for a weekend in Kirkwood. Would definitely rent the same place again.
