Room was clean and in good repair, comfortably warm when I walked in, blanket and insulated bedspread on the bed plus a folded extra blanket, a large pedestal fan for air circulation, bigger than average refrigerator, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, hot water got hot very quickly -- didn't have to run it a long time, curtains closed completely and had a couple of clothespins if you wanted even more security

Not too bad if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep, the room was clean enough but the bathroom is very old and outdated. Just be warned if you’re a light sleeper, there was a weird noise all night that we couldn’t figure out what it was and woke us up multiple times. Would stay again though.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV worked, shower was hot, parking was easy...for the price this place is hard to beat. There's a good Mexican place a block away and Whole Foods/Safeway are easy walking distance.

Hotel was clean, beds well maintained. The shower could use a bit of updating so you can hold soap etc.. A shelf Hot & cold needs a bit of help. Hot water took oddly too long to cool down. Heater could also use some updating. no thermostat. Hi, Med, Low. Gets a bit hot at night like that. I would stay here again. Nice owners too.

Idk where all the positive reviews come from. I asked specifically for the quietest room possible. They put me in the first floor near the stairs. People going up and down all the time, the worker's room right next to it. The employee came in the morning and was loud on the phone in his language. The room seemed clean, but whatever chemicals they used for cleaning, gave me a horrible headache. It is a no pet policy, but someone showed up with the dog who was hauling all night. Terrible 😔. Will never stay here again.

Convenient very short drive to Heavenly Ski Resort. You could also walk to Heavenly shuttle bus on bottom of Ski Run Blvd and Highway-50.

The room was excellent with mini fridge medium size fridge and microwave! Two different heating system and also TV and then internet! Everything was satisfactory as expected and highly suggested! Couple of things the property can improve, 1) provide bath mat and 2) make ensure the bedroom carpet is dry enough, may water seepage issue, although not sure! We are planning to stay this property again!!!
