Renovated three story townhouse in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada side, with absolutely amazing views of the lake and Sierra Nevada Mountains.(Updated pictures to be posted soon) Minutes from Heavenly Village and South Lake. A lovely mountain home. Beautifully appointed with all new kitchen and appliances. Gorgeous wood floors throughout. Vaulted ceilings. Living and kitchen area with large windows and deck that look out on views of LakeTahoe and surrounding mountains. Gas fireplace. Pool table. Board games, and some snow play/sleds provided. Spa and beach towels/chairs.
Indoor parking for one car. Reserved parking for a second vehicle.
The association has a seasonal pool, hot tub, saunas, Pickleball and more.
The Townhouse is close to Heavenly village (3 miles). 2.5 miles from beaches. Hiking and Bike path out the front door. Nestled in tall fragrant pines.
Children are fine, however not recommended for toddlers, as there are open three story stairways.

The house was spacious and had a great view. Enjoyed the fire pit and kitchen was well stocked-towels seemed very new and fluffy-the house is a bit outdated and the carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced but we enjoyed our visit

Stunning View of Lake Tahoe
What a gem! We couldn't have been happier staying at this charming 3-story condo with gorgeous lake views!!! The location is awesome—very close to restaurants and a grocery store in south Lake Tahoe but also peaceful and very comfortable. Mark was very good with communications for checking in and provided a great book at the house with important information. So nice that they had coffee and coffee maker so we didn't have to stress about that the first morning. We loved the awesome whole house speaker setup—so easy to play your Spotify tunes anywhere you wanted. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had an air fryer and stand mixer! Our family loved the pool table, especially once the sun had gone down. This was a wonderful vacation and we plan to come back again and again.

Great location at the South end of the lake
We spent four nights here with our adult kids. Plenty of room for everyone. There were a few things that would have enhanced our stay, but overall it is a nice property with a beautiful view and some nice extra features. One thing we wished we had taken was beach towels. There were nice, white fluffy towels in the condo, but nothing for beach use. We did meet a very nice neighbor who loaned us towels and two beach chairs! We really enjoyed the pool, the fireplace, the selection of games, and the firepit table. The location was really nice, conveniently located to groceries and other shopping. Great place to stay with beautiful views!

Great Location
This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. Each person had their own room and plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was spectacular- we enjoyed it every night. And the location for access to anything in South Lake Tahoe was perfect.

Perfect Perch to Explore South Lake Tahoe
This condo was perfect for us, our adult sons and their girlfriends. The top floor had an amazing view of the lake and the mountains, more than adequate kitchen supplies and spices, plus plenty of space to hang or play cards. Spectrum was doing maintenance in the area which impacted our ability to watch TV and use Wi-Fi, but that is most likely a temporary issue which won’t affect future renters. Overall we loved our four days at the property.

Great stay, at a great property with a kind property owner.
I would rate the property and the property owner very highly. The property was well kept, with a great view from the upper floor with nice accommodations for anyone renting this unit. I would recommend it to any friend or family.
