Hi Suzie. Thanks for your review.Unfortunately people try to put square pegs in round holes when it comes to car parking. They wish to park Large Vehicles in smaller spaces instead of evaluating where to park. We do not reserve parking spaces but do suggest where to park larger vehicles. The car park is very good. Its the vehicles and guest that ruin it for others.

Hi PaulThank you for your review.It was such a pity that you did not understand your booking and that you had already paid your Agent the Booking Amount. What you pay them is none of our business. We charge their Virtual Credit Card for the amount they put on their Booking Order that we receive.On your arrival you were demanding an apology for your own misunderstanding of your booking as your wife explained to us in a further phone call the same day.Yes your Agent called us and also stated that you did not understand your booking after it was explained what you were complaining about..Secondly according to the voice recording of your call we can hear no abuse from our staff other than the person trying to explain to you to call your Agent and you keeping on over talking them and telling him that all motelier's were crooks and always messed up bookings. Hence we do not accept verbal abuse from Guests and so the call was terminated.You were offered the chance to move to another Motel on your arrival which you declined. As for Cobwebs etc you were with us for 4 Days and did not complain once during those 4 days. You had daily service and did not bring anything to the attention of our Cleaning Staff. You actually Booked a Queen Single Deluxe - Standard as per the email we received from your Agent and was explained to you. Hence why you were asked to contact your Agent as you felt you were being duped.We cannot control what Agents call the various rooms as they need to attract customers. All room configurations are the same unless there is a Name Change. We wish you well in your future travels.
