the quality of the service?

The hotel staff has to know what is service . If I as a client ask them to find out whether the museum is open or not and they don't even make a local phone call and I had to go and to find it closed - this is not service.

Dear Jackie, we really sorry about your insatisfaction during your stay with us. the person in reception didn't know the open times and open days from carlos dreier was a new worker. We really sorry and hope your understand.
