the quality of the service?

The hotel staff has to know what is service . If I as a client ask them to find out whether the museum is open or not and they don't even make a local phone call and I had to go and to find it closed - this is not service.

Pros: die Lage
Cons: man muss frühzeitig am Frühstücksbuffet sein, um noch alles zu bekommen
Location: total zentral, direkt an einem Ende der Fußgängerzone
Preis-Leistung absolut im Rahmen, älteres Haus, das gerade etwas Renovierung erfährt (im Innenhof). Beim Frühstücksbuffet wird gegen Ende nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Das Beste ist die Lage direkt an einem Ende der Fußgängerzone.
