Incumplimiento de reserva

A pesar de que por medio de expedia se realizo la reserva oportunamente y a un costo debidamente informado; al llegar al mencionado Hotel simplemente me dijeron que no había tal reserva por que no trabajan con expedia, sin embargo tenían conocimiento de mi nombre completo; más aun me ofrecieron la habitación pero a un precio tres veces mayor al costo reservado, en una clara muestra de aprovechamiento y especulación.

Good location, but very run-down hotel

We arrived and they hadn't received our booking, but we managed to sort it out. Staff was helpful to resolve our problems. Water drips through the roof in the halls a lot when it rains (but not in the room at least). Room smelled stale. WiFi was quite good.

スタッフが本当に親切! エアチケットを予約しようとした際、スペイン語が分からない為聞いたらとても親切に教えてくれました。またエア会社に確認の電話もしてくれ助かりました。 ホテルじたいは、普通のホステルですがスタッフはみんな親切なのが良いです。 徒歩圏内にレストランやマーケットもあります。

Poor administration

When we arrived were were told that there was no booking made, this despite previously phoning to check that a ground floor room would be available for my 98 year old father in law! We were put in another hotel opposite with only two beds although we were three persons! It was on the fourth floor with no lift.The man on reception said the tariff was wrong but would charge the quoted amount (for an inferior room!) We returned to Manco Capac the following day for a second booking (we had made two separate bookings), we got a ground floor room, breakfast was fine and overall we were satisfied.
