However, I wish you had brought up any problem with the room during your stay but you did not because we would have gladly given you another room. Your room was occupied the previous night without that guest reporting any issue at all. Also your card was definitely NOT RUN 3 times as you claim. We have been in this business over 30 years and falsely accusing a business of such a thing is no small matter.

Your room was on the 3rd floor which is part smoking on the other end of the hallway and a faint smell of smoke could have entered the hallway if a smoking room guest left a door open. Your room was occupied the previous 3 nights without the cleaning staff reporting any smoking issues as they always do. All of the linen is thoroughly cleaned daily upon the previous guest checking out and is the current Wyndham standard.
