The place is run down needs maintenance no smoke detectors in rooms front desk never answers the phone the key card maker is very old keys constantly don’t work.

The staff are not very helpful ; especially the manager customer service are poor. The breakfast not great. I think customer need to treated well and nice. Breakfast should always a hot meal. Paying amount of money to stay for each night, Customer should treated well.

The Good. Staff was nice however the hotel room was gross. Lets start with multiple stains on the carpet. The pillows on the bed were lumpy and half filled with cotton, like sweat got in and shucked them after a wash. The under the toliet had do do splash underneath the seat. Gross. The a/c unit is noisy and it will wake you ups at night. I didnt ask for a refund or try to find a better hotel because i there for funeral and it was already a stressful time. I was only they for 8 hours each. Check out was easy. Why they take a $100 deposit for such a trash. Oh they had roaches. I had to video record them crawling the morning i checked out. Maybe i should have gotten a refund im just not that type of person because i chose this hotel. However, person need to know this before they go.

We came down to visit family. We had a great time in the pool. The weather was beautiful. The employees are very nice and always there to help. We will be returning. We will also recommend you to our family and friends.

Location was the very very very most convenient. We were right off of Inerstate 4/ It was half way between Tampa and Orlando. Got to go to the Tampa zoo and to Disney.

It was in a very good location closed to the center. I did not like that the sheets and pillows had a really bad smell. They looked like many people slept in there and were never replaced or cleaned. The bathroom was clean , but we had a hard time sleeping in that sweaty smell.

Ended up at this property after a long day of driving and impending thunderstorm. I should have risked the drive in the rain. Well worn sheets, almost threadbare, dirty floors and dresser drawers with leftover food. One bed was missing the comforter and blanket. There were no toiletries or coffee (despite the brewer).

This property was not clean or modern for the price I paid. Also Expedia said they had a hot tub this was a lie. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. I’m not happy at all. I would like a refund.

I got this property specifically for the hot tub. There was no hot tub at all. It was filled with rocks and out of service permanently. Still listed as an amenity online. Room was dirty and stained. Also very loud

staff tried to be nice but they didn't have much to work with. Room needed a new bed(it was sunk in on open side and the way it faced there was only 18 inchs between wall and side of bed. I had to lift the bed and put buffer in to stop the squeaking. The light above mirror in bathroom didn't work. The tub dripped and the hardware at door needed a new screw. Breakfast buffet was unimaginable, no selection or utensils...they need complete redo inside and out...they put dogs all over the floors instead of on the first...understaffed...

There were old blood stains on the bathroom towel, elevators/hallways smell aweful. Walls are not insulated you can hear your neighbors easily.

Comforters had holes in them, sheets had holes, water constantly dripped in shower making noise, love seat so stained looked like it had been rolled around in dirt and mud, I don’t smoke and had a non smoking room but all you smell is cigarette smoke from hall way also you can see the hall way from the door, meaning people can see in your room

Avoid this horrible property-Hotel!
Avoid this horrible property! The list and photos of the problems detail a rundown place to AVOID! 1. Bugs on the bathroom sink area, fridge freezer frozen over-closed with ice/frost, phone was melted and burned, shower area caulking areas all brown, stained on carpet, stains on towels, metal “hooks” sticking out of bed frame..i kicked it, clock said 2;33pm when it was 11:19am. The smoke detector was missing…only wires it was formerly attached to were visible.

Took a while to get into room,door was stuck lights did not work. Truck in front of our window woke us up at 5:30 in the morning, Breakfast was terrible, toaster broken no hot water for grits, only thing to eat was cereal and waffles. I would not stay at a La Quinta again

My husband and i are disabled and we requested ground floor at the time the reservations were made. At check-in we were given 508. The clerk said no rooms available on 1st floor. The door on the back side did not close so anyone could enter. People not staying there came in at all hours. We had to take the dog out a few times during the night and saw people coming and going. For the most part the staff was kind and courteous.

I recently stayed, and had a very negative experience. The room was dirty and unkempt. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I arrived at the hotel, I was immediately disappointed by the state of the room. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the furniture was old and worn. I was very frustrated, as I had paid a lot of money for the room. I won’t recommend this hotel staying.
