Nice, clean rooms with enough in-room amenities to make you feel comfortable. Bathrooms may need an update but talk about how water and water pressure - WOW! All staff was friendly especially RAJ, manager. Raj helped us through issues with Expedia when we canceled our last night in more than enough time not to be charged, per their guidelines. Expedia employee "Harry" lied to both Raj and myself about canceling, never sent the modification files to Raj, compelling us both to call Expedia and talk to a supervisor - not once but twice - the first time conveniently being cut off. Would we stay at The Green Gables again? YES! Would we use Expedia in the future? Probably not. Rarely have I had such horrible customer service as this experience with Expedia. But RAJ....YOU ARE THE MAN! Thanks for all your help.
