Nice hotel, convenient.

Pros: Convenience
Location: Convenient to shopping, movies, restaurants, etc.
Uneventful, which is how it should be. Everything was fine.

Nice Hotel Close to Shopping and Restaurants

Pros: The location was good.
Cons: It would be nice if they had flavored water in the lobby. The coffee bar is nice but Florida is pretty warm for coffee all day long.
Location: There are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
We were very pleased with the hotel and were surprised to be upgraded to a nicer room. The pool is rather small but our room was quite spacious. The location was close to town and in a major shopping center with lots of stores and restaurants.

Reservation Not Honored

The hotel did not honor my reservation. They did help me, however, get another room at another hotel nearby.

Terrific hotel and location!

We could not have asked for a better hotel and location for our week in Florida for a family gathering. The hotel is situated right by an outdoor shopping mall many stores and restaurants right outside our door. The hotel was very well kept and the staff were so warm and welcoming. My only complaint would be that our room could have used a new sofa; our's was "tired". We would definitely choose this hotel again!

Nice place to stay except for the sofa bed

Overall it was a good experience except for having to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. I booked a double queen bed standard room with Hotels.com. The room description included microwave and refrigerator however those items are not in a standard room. When I checked in those rooms were no longer available, hence the sofa bed experience.

My mom was visiting from Puerto Rico and she was in shock with the great customer service from all the employees, especially from the lady at the Breakfast bar - really forgot her name but she was amazing with all the guests. Very pleasant, had a conversation and smile with every single person that walked though the "breakfast area". We loved our stay and definitely will go back - Great location!!

There is a need for better driving directions.

The hotel was very nice, and clean. The plaza where the hotel was great, because it had a lot of different shop and restaurants to choose from. Staff was very nice and helpful.
