Easy check-in, but they did not honor the HHonor rewards card. It wasn't the fact they would not honor the credit towards a free night. That I kind of expected. They just ignored the card all together. I've had this happen in the past. I guess at some point it will not be worth staying at the chain if im to be treated in this manor. It is their card and I'm staying at there facilities. Better customer service at other Hiltons.

Great place! But only negative is that there is nothing within walking distance except the airport.

The only complain i had when i call the front desk employee wasn't that friendly and helpful. All i ask was to see if i could get a rolling bed. She told me i need it to ask when i was there. I told her can you please check, and then she tells me " oh no we can't" it made a difference to me.
