The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. My only issue is pricing. I believe the hotel is vastly overpriced for the area that it is in. I was going to stay a second night but was quoted a nightly rate of nearly $300 for a hotel in a business area in Lake wales. Way overpriced!

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean the room was a nice size and updated modern look. Breakfast had a large selection and the staff kept it fully stocked with hot items and it was clean. Nice property great location surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the interstate.

They property is nice, beds are comfortable the only thing I dind like is that is a gas station by the hotel and people out there where super loud with their cars Im sure they were some racing after midnight

The hotel staff and cleanliness of the premises and rooms were great. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good but didn’t offer variety unlike other Holiday Inn Express Ive visited in the past. Overall we had a great experience.
