nice hotel

Pros: close to LEGOLAND
Cons: nothing
Location: lots of restaurant and shopping
Nice hotel have been staying at this hotel for the past couple of years when in the area and it has improved a lot. staff is courteous, breakfast is good, room was clean, close to a lot of restaurants, shopping stores

Convenient.

Pros: Clean
Cons: For what we ended up having to pay plus a security deposit we could have stayed at the Hampton.
It was okay since all we wanted was a place to sleep and shower for one night.

Good location for price

Hotel staff needs a lesson in customer service considering you are in a tourist hot spot. Nothing fancy here, but suites the needs for a family going to legoland

Affordable but uncomfortable.

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Memory foam mattress toppers.
Location: Very close to Legoland. Many dinning options nearby.
Beds are very firm. The walls are very thin. I did appreciate the tile floor in the pet friendly room, not sure if in all rooms.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are in the process of renovating. Only a certain few of our rooms are tiled for our pet guests. The beds are new mattresses. I will look into offering a Memory Foam Topper; I thank you for the suggestion. We hope to see you again!

Close to Legoland

We stayed in this hotel because it was the only one close to Legoland given the season. It was a very comfortable room. Very clean except for old stains. I asked for a non smoking room and I still got a smoking room. That would be the only negative. Otherwise, great visit!

Close to Lego land

Pros: 5 minute drive to Legoland
Cons: Stop being so cheap
Staff was pleasant,courteous & helpful. Only 3 issues with this hotel 1. the hallway was to dark not enough lighting. They appear to be saving costs using dimmed lights in the hallway. Makes the hallway look Creepy..as I and my husband were waiting for a pair of twins to Pop up and say "COME PLAY WITH US" (The Shinning) 2. Family of four gets only 3 full size towels. Even after getting extra Towels from the front desk Housekeeping would reduce the stock back down to 3 on a daily basis. This was annoying after a full day in the sun, having to go to the front desk and ask for towels to shower. 3. Lighting outside the "porch area" They have a super bright light outside that lights the outside up so brightly, it comes thru the curtains. We were waking up at 2 am thinking it was morning already due to the lights. Curtains could be a bit longer to cover the Gap. Over all I would be okay with staying here again.

It was fine for what in needed. Got hit with a $20.00, CASH, Room Fee upon arrival. Told I would get it back if the room wasn't damaged or trashed upon check out! No where on the website was this information provided. I did get it back.

Arrived early and they let us in early. We had two rooms poolside and one Handicap. Rooms were clean and roomy. The breakfast which was continental had a variety of breakfast food to choose from. Glad we stayed here.
