I didn’t bother to arrive the property,,, How can be possible that in two different days I tried to contact Front Desk (on regular business hours)? And no answer from them. The hotel did made all charges on arrival day AM, which I don’t mind. What did pissed me off is to be charged in advance for the security deposit… without having arrived to the property. Finally, somebody called me at 11pm to hurry up for arrival… I did not show off. Probably I will lose the total charges… so consider that a donation on my behalf to sustain your operation. Deposit must be returned to my account.

Very nice room. Absolutely no complaints there. The only issue is the amount of cigarette butts outside our room. I know that this is an ongoing problem but it should be taken care of on a daily basis. We have been here for 4 days now and no one has cleaned the parking lot or the cigarette butts. I give 5 stars everywhere except the lot.

Good luck finding anyone at front desk doors usually locked no hours posted. Roach infestation. Electric would go off whenever we would use the microwave. Is a cheap place to stay but don’t expect Anything extra at all! It’s not a regular hotel!!!!!!!!

Very dirty and not worth any penny spent. Roaches and termites all over, my feet were black after walking on the floors, dirty towels, broken appliance and fixtures. Mold and water damage. Parking lot destroyed and full of potholes. Staff was never at desk and never answered calls. Fridge was not working so all our food went bad. We had to leave early for a family death and the reservation desk refused to refund me. Worst place ever.

As soon as I arrived to the area and mind u it was day time, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I finally went to the room to sleep I had to leave because there was bugs on the bed and floor.

Most Horrible Thing Ever Experienced
This was my first time in Tampa, I flew from Washington State for almost 7 hrs. After getting in I had to do a bunch of things including getting my rental etc. So I was TIRED, I saw that they had early check in options available and I wanted to take advantage of that since it was 7 something in the morning and my check in according to them will be 4pm. When I went to the property first thing I noticed that this place was really RUN DOWN. Looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOs. It was a mess, garbage everywhere, people outside smoking, it was so scary. A bunch of guys there shirtless just hanging around smoking at their doors. I then went to find the front office, which was locked and look like it had been out of service. It was a horrible mess inside. I went back to my car and sat until 12 midday, went back to the reception desk DOORS STILL CLOSED. No worker on property AT ALL. There was a number to call, I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED. No one picked up. At this point I was exhausted and drained, I asked someone about the front desk and his response was they don’t come here on weekends. I’m like what?! Anyways I called HOTELS.com and told them my issue they tried calling the property and to know avail. Sent emails and no response. It was a MESS. That place is so run down by my experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A SOUL. They are unprofessional to say the least. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I paid for 4 nights didn’t stay there didn’t check-in and they refuse to give me ANYTHING.

After viewing some reviews about the property I was a bit apprehensive about staying there. But upon arrival and checking in, my room was clean and bug free. Not even a fly or ant anywhere. The office area was under construction as well as some areas on the property. The only negative I have is the musty odor coming from the A/C unit in the room. The maintenance crew were helpful and friendly. Helped me out with the tv remote which turned out not to be the correct one for that tv.

Don't Know Where to Start
Don't even know where to start. I have never stayed in a hotel that was even close to being as terrible on all aspects of my stay as here. Supposed to stay 2 nights, left after the first night, I forfeited my second night due to the terrible conditions and registered at another hotel. I had to wait three hours for my room to be cleaned for me to occupy. When I was finally given the room it was a sloppy mess: the floor was still dirty and sticky everywhere, the bathroom floor was soaking wet with pubic hairs all over the floor, the toilet would not stop running, the coating on the bathtub was peeling off the entire tub, only three small lights in bed area with one of the lamp bulbs burnt out, and the worst aspect was there were roaches everywhere, I killed 7-8 during the time I was there...Tuesday night thru Wednesday at 2 PM when I left. There were more that got away from me. There were numerous people actually living there for extended time that seemed to be on some kind of assistance program. They did not bother me but they were just hanging around the building and parking lot area at all hours. I did not have a very secure feeling at all. Very understaffed and disorganized not able to handle the daily operations without a lot of confusion. I will have nightmares of this place for some time to come. Sleep in your car if necessary before you decide to sleep at this place!

This is the hotel where people live. Kids were screaming all down the halls and trying to open doors. The pool was closed due to black mold but didnt know that until someone told me that lives there. There was no staff there at 10 am when i wanted to check out and the number they give you to call no one answered. Absolutely worst hotel I have stayed at

I’m sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Yes, this is an extended stay hotel and we have a lot of long term guests. We got no reports of children running, screaming and trying to open doors or we would have come to remedy the issue. I apologize you experienced this. It certainly isn’t the norm. Our pool is clean and new. It is closed because we are waiting for it to be inspected by the county in order to reopen it. We just had it resurfaced and an inspection is required for it to be open. I know that is disappointing, it will be open any day now. Our lobby is open at 9am everyday except for Sunday when it is closed. If no one was in the lobby they are out on the property assisting a guest and will he right back. I apologize you didn’t get an answer. Please know I will look into these issues and address them and this is not the norm and we want our guests to be happy.

No pool… watched a man clean it everyday never opened it. Was told I had to pay for trash bags, toilet paper, wash my own linens and towels (was charged less to wash them myself rather than pay $10 for them todo it) box spring held together with particle board bottom line if the customer service doesn’t get you the permanent residents will *NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LONG STAYS***

I apologize you were unhappy with your stay. To address some of your issues; Our pool was recently resurfaced and we are awaiting inspection from the county for it to be opened. As you saw, we clean it daily and keep it very nice. As soon as the inspector comes out we will open our pool, that will be any day now. As for not providing toilet paper or trash bags…we are a limited services extended stay hotel. Most of our guests stay a month or more. Many are on 6 month leases. It is stated on our booking page here and in the email that is sent out after booking that we are a limited services hotel. Linen exchange and housekeeping are provided for a fee when requested. We have laundry services on site so that linens can be laundered for a very affordable price.

The place was terrible it was not like it looked like on the pictures totally opposite under construction uncomfortable pool was closed under renovations and I got bed bugs and had to go to the hospital so it was a terrible trip

total scam for real.
I showed up at 11pm to check in late after travel. What I found was a seemed like an abandoned motel turned crack/meth house. There were tweekers and seemingly homeless people wandering around the building. A lot of the rooms were boarded up and clearly inhabitable. The office was closed. And looking through the window, it was evident that a demolition was started at some point, probably due to mold infestation but was never completed. NO construction materials were i sight, so clearly no repairs were underway. The door was locked and the phone went straight to voicemail. So I was never able to check in. Unfortunately, I had prepaid, and the hotel is not refunding my money. I cant get hotels.com to respond to me so now I'll be forced to file a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I had to scramble ariund for hours trying to find a decent hotel to stay in since it was the middle of the night by tge time I gave up on getting a response from the hotel or actual help from hotel.com. Dont believe the photos. I have actual photots of the actual property. The ones you seem are either decades old or doctored up. This place is a total scam for real.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. This business is not even open, they do not give you the time of the day until 4pm/ Lobby is closed at all times. Didn't stay at this dump ended up going somewhere else. But they took every single penny of my money. They are a rip off. DONT BOOK IT

Stay-Away Suites
Older style hote with room doors external access right next to I-4 interstate. What was very loud due to gap under my room door nearest intetstate. The nearest stairway apoeared condd.ned as boarded off which forced me to carry my bags up other side of hotel Yikes -Couldn't turn off lights at all or the roaches ofcall sizes came out of walls. Decent size room but lacking common things as waste pail and ice bucket as yhere is no ice machine. Stay-away suites should be called.

No front desk staff available (only between the hours of 4-6pm). Currently trying to recover my $100 damage deposit. I felt unsafe as there were people smoking weed out in the parking lot. A lot of long term guests that were shady. After walking barefoot in my room, i looked like i walked barefoot through a forest all day. Could not check out due to no staff. Made several calls to try to figure out where to leave the guest room keys to no avail. No signage on the lobby door giving instructions. When i was finally contacted about the keys, i was told to leave them in my room (i was already on the road and could not do that) then was told i would not receive my $100 deposit because i did not leave the keys. Disgusted from start to finish. Worst place ive EVER stayed. I cant believe your site would recommend a place like this. Completely disappointed.

This place is run down. Roaches every in clothes drawer. Even in the fridge. Floors flitey. Pool and playground closed. You have to wash your own sheets, only two washing machines for 190 rooms. So bad you have to buy your own toilet paper. I was there for an extened stay only because I was waiting to close on my new home.. The staff was GREAT !!

I had to buy a mop and mob the floor. Also had to wipe down the table tops because they were dirty and sticky. The office is only open from 4 pm - 6 pm. You deal with corporate office. They advertise one rate and charge another rate.
