This property needs a lot of upgrades... it is (obviously) an old property, and the flooring, bathroom fixtures, etc. appear to be original. The floors are simply dirty in the lobby, the hallways, and in the room. Multiple (and obvious) stains throughout the property -- if they don't clean the obvious, it makes me wonder/worry about everything else... Also, I was not aware that this was a pet-friendly property. (I actually just went to their website, which clearly states "no pets allowed" under the amenities section.) The room next to us had a dog (room 360, we stayed in 362). Apparently the dog had been left alone in the room most of the day/evening (Saturday 11/16)... the poor thing constantly cried, barked, and howled. I notified the staff three times (twice in person at the front desk, and one more time with an employee dropping off towels)... I asked the employee in the hallway to do a wellness check. No one ever did - very disappointed in the dog owner(s) and the hotel staff (who could have contacted the owner). We will be back in this area next month; however, we most likely will not book a room at this property. Until this property is renovated, I do not recommend staying at this location.
