Nice for the price

Nice room...they were getting new matresses in...wish we got a room with the new ones, but overall I've stayed here 3 years in a row. Kids loved the pool and the bar was open

Nice hotel

The hotel was better then we thought! The staff is really nice. The only thing we didn't like was that the sheets were never changed.

Good price, nice enough, near FSC

Excellent price , nice accommodations for price. Spent 3 nights while visiting Florida Southern College. Will stay again. Clean room, everything worked, helpful staff. 35 minutes to Tampa, 60 minutes to Clearwater, St. Petersburg.

Hotel needs a makeover !

Over night on way to final destination. Hotel smelled musty . Kind of run down. No where near the same quality as the Ramada I stayed in a month ago in Venuce Fl !! Sheets were at least nice and clean.

Our Staff and Management appreciate your comments. You will be pleased to know that have another summer renovation project planned. Last year all the hallways, banquet rooms and common areas received: New Paint, New Carpet and New Lighting. The exterior received New Paint, the Parking Lot Resurfaced and All Guest Room Windows Received new Window Tint.

As a policy of this hotel, we provide linens in the rooms based on the reservations made by the guest. If your reservation states (2) people in the room, you would have (2) sets of linens. But, please always remember the front desk is open 24 hours a day and has all those items available to pick up.
