My stay was ok. The room was large but the ceiling was in need of repair. Overall not a bad room. The front desk staff was ok at check in and friendly at check out. NO continental breakfast during this time of COVID.

The room was very clean and spacious. When checking in, the office asked for an additional $150 cash deposit which was surprising. Also, there was a tv in the room but no cable to watch anything. The ac barely worked and when checking out the morning office personnel could not find the paperwork showing I paid the cash deposit. It took almost half an hour to finish checking out and get my deposit back which was very frustrating.

I found this motel...confusing. First, the “inn and suites” & pictures of rooms/pool online gave higher expectations than the stay could have met. This is a MOTEL - shady feel/poor service match the stereotype. Upon check-in, we were told a $100 deposit would be charged to our card because we went through a third party (we paid in full online; sign posted states they charge $150). We said okay-and after we paid/signed, were told the pool was closed. Although they have spotlights, they “don’t turn them on, so the pool closes at sundown.” It was 6 pm. The room was pleasant/clean and the furnishings were mostly newish. The couch/curtains were older/stained, but the shower/sink/bedding was making the most of it. The next morning we attempted to swim, but the pool was locked and nobody was at the checkin window. The “Ring for Service” bell was removed. We ate & the pool was still closed at 10:30. I found a phone number posted on the other side of the building and spoke to someone who rudely said checkout was “in 5 minutes,” and questioned why we’d want to swim for 5 minutes. Checkout is 11, so I asked if the pool was open or not? He hung up and came out to say we had to leave AT 11. I said usually you can swim after checkout but that’s fine - we still have 25 min! Would it be possible to check out late? He was very put out but said yes. The pool wasn’t heated but my kids had fun. Some guy drove up and told us if it started raining we had to get out and leave. So weird.

I used two rooms for employees. Having to post CASH deposits for each room was a pain. We typically travel with credit cards. No ATM on site, had to drive off to a bank to get cash.

Horrible
Won't go back and would not recommend. Staff very rude, dirty towels, food crusted on the blankets, rat droppings in cabinets, loud rattling ac, horrible outside lighting & unsecure door locks are just some of the reasons for this bad review.

Hotel Hell
From check in to check out, this is a hotel from hell. Checking in took 40 minutes because they claimed not to be able to find the reservation. They did after I told them we weren't paying for it again. The door to the room was wide open and the bugs had taken over. Then we go to the bathroom and there is no mirror at all or hair dryer. The room was dirty. Dirt, dust, and gross beds with white comforters that showed every disgusting spot. I plugged my charger in, in the master bedroom, and was shocked. Literally. Beds and water pressure were also lacking. The couch was worn, stained and smelled moldy. Planned on letting the front desk know but never saw anyone. They were not there for checkout either.

The complimentary breakfast that was supposed to be until 9:00 was put away early; the staff member said "I started putting it away early because I didn't have anybody." I specifically choose hotels that have complimentary breakfast, and made sure of the time upon checking in. Besides that, though, the other staff was kind and helpful and the room was clean and a very good size. My son also enjoyed the pool.

The only it’s 5 minutes from Legoland. I made a reservation and when I got there , they me someone cancel the reservation just so that they can over charge the hotel price. So I ended up paying $170 per night for that filthy place.

I overlooked the dead gecko and the showerndrip thatnwouldnt stop. However bugs crawling in my bags, across bed and on walls wasntoo much. I packedd ypa at 3am. Worse yet hotels.com is useless in helping me get a refund for a hotel night stay. They are giving me the runa round.

Kim at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my room reservation. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was newly renovated and VERY clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt so soft. It was a good stay.

I stayed in a newly renovated room that was actually pretty nice. My problem with the entire stay was having to pay $150 cash deposit.Who does that? Not card but cash on top of that i couldn't cancel without losing what i paid for the room. Won't be staying here again.

The whole property might have been fine in 1975 but in 2019 it shows its age and the lack of up keep shows just get a vibe that it now used bang place for prostitution and drug use the guy trying to remodel but I don’t think it really going to help

First one to stay in renovated room. At the desk they told me the room was not quite done, but it was all minor things, mirrors on wall, table lamp, chair. No issues. Great people on staff. Outside appearance is messy from construction but inside is very good. Will stay next time I am in town.

l was a little unimpressed when we first pulled up but after going inside and speaking with the front desk I realized they are renovating which made sense because there were pallets of supplies on one side of building which happened to be the side we drove in from. We were fortunate enough to get one of their renovated units which was great. New EVERYTHING, towels, sheets blankets, paint, vanity, completely new bathroom, tv, floors,this unit {266 I think }has been gutted and redone. Water pressure was great and shower was perfect. love the colors. We didn't use the pool, or even walk over to it so I can't review that aspect. It was perfect for saving some money on our Legoland trip. We really only slept there. It was a big plus to have IHOP in the same parking lot! I cant wait until all the renovations are done it will be great.

Clean, Spacious room for a great price.
This hotel has gone under major renovations. The rooms are large and very clean. Mattresses were brand new, very nice linens and upgraded stall showers. Room also had a mini-fridge and microwave. I didn't have extremely high expectations for a hotel at this price point but I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice room we got for a great price. Hotel staff is also very friendly and ready to help.

Room was reviewed and found to be clean. Closed door, went to bring clothing to room and door card would not open door again. Several tries did not work; went to main office; they re-issued two cards and they did not work. Went back to office, Mgr. went to room and got cards to open door. Motel needs to replace door security locks....mention this, and the reply was "they work good enough" I pre-paid for three nights/stayed two nights only. Want refund for 1 night that I did not use. Family needs at home required my return.

This hotel is outdated. The bathroom is small. The carpet appeared dirty even though its a dark color. The beds felt like the springs in them were broken, very uncomfortable. I actually slept on top of the covers. The chair appeared dirty and old. The room was spacious but the appearance of the place caused you to overlook it. The place smelled old as well.
