Need linens for pull out bed in suite that fits Room 510 needs maintenace toilet roll holder broken No shampoo on arrival in shower pay $300 a night and this should be there Dining that starts at 6 am for people traveling 7 am wont work if you have a business mettimg at 8 and have to drive

This is one of the most beautiful historic hotels. The staff is great and the restaurant and bar. Great location downtown and free overnight parking.

Excellent location on the edge of Lakeland's central square and walkable to the dozen or so restaurants/bars in the area. Hardwood floors need slippers for older feet, happily had flip-flops with me. Restaurant is upscale and service is attentive, but menu is limited (could use some vegetables as a side, for example). If you need to be downtown and don't want to drive from the other more distant upscale hotels, this is a very reasonable choice.

The best luxury hotel in downtown Lakeland. Great downtown walkability for coffee, restaurants, shopping. Great Saturday morning farmers market downtown. Easy parking, lovely terrace for cocktails & beautiful lakes to walk around. Holiday lights are beautiful.

I really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful and comfortable. There was also great dining options within walking distance and the area was veery quaint and charming. We also enjoyed talking walks around the lake that was right across from the hotel. We have already booked another stay here.

Only one elevator of the 2 appeared to be working. The elevator itself was VERY tiny and I had to wait for it on 4 different occasions as it was packed when it opened up on our floor. The shower door was very difficult to slide and it took me over 15-20 min to figure out where to put the dial so that I could get hot water. :(

In spite of booking few months in advance, the clerk gave us the worst room in the building that was on the lowest floor and view of HVAC ducts outside. his was contrary to what I was told at the time of booking. We had to go back to him for changing the room and he did it without any hesitation as there were plenty of rooms available. It appears that the staff is trained to give the worst product first and hope that client will take whatever is given to them. No Bell boy to carry the baggage from the entry door in this Tapestry Collection with the price that was quite high per room. Room service was not provided when we had confirmed for such before leaving the room. On our return we had to call back for this service. The door lock plate is without any screws and therefore is loose. Luckily door appeared to be secured. It appears that there may not be a maintenance team.

Love this hotel but miss the days of full time bell and valet staff. I am sure that it was part of Hiltons plan. Love Hiltons and stay in them often, but for those boutique hotels which they purchase, they shouldn’t lose their autonomy and what has made them special. Bring back the wood fired pizzas!! Thank to the guest service lady this morning for retrieving my phone/watch chargers!!! We will be back!!

Very close to Hollis Gardens and Mirror Lake. Who doesn't like flowers and cute wild life around the lake. Definite bonus was the farmers market one street over as well. The area is definitely walkable but I would hesitate walking around the lake after dark as there seemed to be some interesting people that maybe lived at the lake. We felt super safe at the hotel and even on the main strip.

Nice luxury hotel
Paid extra for a suite that was very nice. A very luxury feeling. Parking is free on the premises. Its an old building that was nicely renovated while still maintaining a historical perspective. Across the street from Mirror lake made for a romantic walk, well lit. A block away from many restaurants.

Very clean, walkable to things in town, and close to the college. Rooms are updated, beds are very comfortable, feather pillows, duvet comforters, and cold temps which we loved. Showers are all newly tiled and updated as well. Nice dining room experience downstairs as well. Great hotel in all. We are definitely coming back!
