Nice location, walkable to marina and dining. Extremely expensive for simple motel room (location, location). Rooms have no view except parking lot. DIY laundry facilities closed at 6p and didn't open till 9a, so we weren't able to use them. Wife got a surprise when she got in bed and a big roach joined her. Wifi was very poor in our room; I could not use it on my device. Wife managed to connect by walking over to the office, but it was very slow.

Just loved the high quality refurbishment. Thoughtful, tasteful. Everything there that you could need. Beautifully clean. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Housekeeping staff were very obliging and helpful. Check-in seamless. Highly recommend.

Walking distance to the Visitor Info Centre, close enough to walk to the shopping area without being open to the noise. The rooms were well furnished, the kitchenette included a dishwasher as well. The check in/out was fast and easy.

We stayed four nights and we couldn't have been mafe more welcome. Close to all amenities, the staff were welcoming, griendly and accomdating. Rooms were well equiped and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are spacious and contain microwave and crockery..handy for travellers. Walking distance from several rating places. Only reason we did not give perfect score was again we had a front room which was very noisy in early morning..ie street sweeper at 4am and garbage truck shortly after that

We stayed in this family friendly hotel in late February and the price is reasonable. We booked the two bedrooms townhome. It has everything we need - living room, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, wash machine, dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a nice balcony with lake view. The swimming pool is a bonus for the family with kids. The hotel is very quiet and walking distance to the town centre. Staffs at reception are nice and friendly. They provided what we need like baby high chair, pool towel

We loved this apartment, it is quiet and within walking distance to shopping, cafe, restaurants and activities. The amenities within the apartment were good. There is also a BBQ near the pool. And the utensils in the kitchen were reasonable but a scissor included would be great.
