You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Fully fenced yard, dogs welcome!

Centrally located for loads of fun all around. Full kitchen, bathroom, living and dining areas. Patio area, fire pit, bbq grill, picnic table, and walking distance to Rainbow Lake. Sleep additional people on the couch or bring a bed roll! No additional charge for extra guests. Indoor fire place for the cold winter evenings! We will provide wood for the first fire. Window unit swamp cooler keeps it comfy in summer! This is not central A/ C., but two furnaces. Come have some fun.
The space
The cabin has some small upgrades and updates, but a lot of the original charm still remains. You should find everything you need to feel at home! Our main home sits on the property behind the cabin, we share a driveway. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the additional bedroom has a queen, additional bedroom has an exterior door and door leading to bedroom is off kitchen
Guest access
We have a fire pit in between the cabin and our main home that is shared use, as well as the bbq grill. Which is guest use only. we do our best to give you your privacy unless you need something!
Other things to note
Check in time is 3pm unless we can arrange earlier based on previous guests. Check out time is 11am again unless we can arrange for later based on impending guests! We want to make check in and check out as easy and flexible as possible because that’s what we like when we travel!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The owners really took a liking to our fur babies and our fur babies took a liking to the owners as well. Our dogs had an amazing time running freely on the property chasing squirrels and we enjoyed the cool mornings having coffee on the porch. So incredibly peaceful. Just what we needed.

Perfect for us.

The cabin was cozy and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and even though the cabin was close to their home, it was very private. We had our two dogs a long and the property was very dog friendly. We would definitely return if we were visiting the White Mountains.

A cute rustic cabin

The cabin is small, but cute. Perfect for just the 2 of us and a couple of dogs! The hosts were great and let us check in early! The lake is close, a few minutes walk, but the access is pretty limited to the actual water. Pretty area though and a nice cool down coming from the Phoenix Valley

Woodland trip

Perfect place to relax and get away. The kids were able to run around and play without any worry, there was plenty to keep them entertained and the hosts are amazing. We will be back!

Great Little Cabin In The Woods

This place is close to all kinds of outdoor activities as well as local music. It also has the best shady front porch to just sit and relax. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time stay at The Coop! Beautiful location, beautiful fenced and safe back yard for dogs to run and run around. It was absolutely perfect. The property was cleaned and we had everything we needed. Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating making our check in and check out seamless. I highly recommend this rental. Super cozy and great location!

The cabin is everything you could ask for in Pinetop/Lakeside. It has the cozy traditional cabin vibe with modern upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen that still have plenty of charm. The property is beautiful and very well cared for. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the squirrels. We’d definitely stay again! The hosts are attentive but also give you plenty of privacy. Close to lots of bars/restaurants too!

Not only was the cabin cozy and beautiful but the yard was large for our dog to explore on his own while we enjoyed the porch. We also got a big kick out of the pool shed. Highly recommend

Cozy cabin with awesome yard

My family and doggies had the best time. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Great location, with a short walk to the lake. The property was fully fenced and the kids and my dogs loved all the room to run. The host is quick to respond and is very sweet. We would love to stay at the cabin again.

Nice quiet spot in the mountains

We really loved this cabin. The large lot that was completely fenced was great for our dogs. Our dog Bailey was obsessed with the squirrels in the yard haha. Shannon and Jessica were awesome hosts and available if you needed something. The location was great, close to town but far enough away for peace and quiet. The beds were comfy too! We look forward to staying here again!

Warm and welcoming

What a great introduction to the Pinetop lakeside area. The space is perfect for our dogs and the lake was around the corner (less than 1/4 mile) away. Our hosts Jess and Shannon were welcoming and fun. We had so much fun we want to buy something in the area. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great getaway!

We had a great weekend! The cabin is cute and comfortable. Do not relax in the camo recliner, you will be doomed for a nap! The yard was beautiful and our dog got to explore! The pool table was fun, add cocktails, music and an outdoor fire pit = PERFECTION ! Shannon and Jessica are great hosts, thank you for the memories! We will return!

Coop stay

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Fit us all perfect. It was very convenient to our Family that lives near by. Cabin had all the necessary comforts as if we were home. The only thing was a lot of other people coming and going to the other dwelling behind us, some confusion so it made it a little awkward at times. Overall beautiful place.

Perfect cabin escape

This quaint and charming little cabin was the ideal property for us to celebrate our 34th anniversary along with our little buddy Banjo:) The large well manicured fenced yard was a perfect setting for my cattle dog to enjoy chasing squirrels and having the freedom that he enjoys. Shannon and Jess are wonderful hosts and have done a great job in creating a comfortable cozy setting that has all the amenities needed for a week in the White Mountains. Perfect place to decompress

Jessica is a wonderful host. The place was a perfect get away. Rainbow Lake was a five minute walk, fish were caught. The fenced yard was great for the dogs, they were wasted after 4 days. The tire swing in the front got a good workout, Nana as well. The host take great pride in their little piece of paradise, very well taken care of. The front porch was my favorite spot.
