Me & my boyfriend went for my birthday,got an upgrade to the garden of Eden Apple room it was very clean . Very friendly staff, especially Jo Jo in the restaurant & Fran . Everything in the room worked well, especially the hot tub . Very good amenities for the guests . We loved the couples bowling , and the trails . We will be returning back

The resort is getting old , people working there are good doing their job, and in my opinion is not really 5 stars, is 3 stars, but l give 5 stars because of the people working there and because of the cleaning, everything very clean.

Overall had a very good stay at Cove Haven for several days, was a bit worried seeing quite a few negative reviews about cleanliness and property condition. We stayed in the Champaign Tower and while yes, the property is dated and shows signs of aging and needing to be updated, the room was clean and really enjoyed the personal indoor pool and the Champaign tower tub was a very unique and fun experience! Hopefully the management puts some investment into the property, such great potential with updates as this is a one of a kind romantic getaway up in the northeast!

The private hot tub and pool in our room was perfect! The game room (once you know the back entrance) was a great place to bowl. Dinner was not 5 stars, but the buffet was good and breakfast was quite good.

Room was ok, there was a smoke stain above the fireplace, water stains on the ceiling and a brown water stain in the hot tub. It was enjoyable though you can feed the deer and play some games with your lover dinner Saturday night was delicious but not so much Sunday night! We didn’t use the pool but looked nice. We had fun on the hiking trail even though it’s was a little muddy and wet as the snow had just melted. Trivia games at spooners were fun! All in all the place definitely has a distinctive feel and look, it was a nice little get away for us.
