Good for a quiet vacation

In the middle of nowhere so its hard to find stores for small essentials. Pretty much everything is on the resort. Good for a quiet vacation.

Lakeside hotel

Fair! Not excellent, we go there for the view! The lake in the sunrise is breathtaking!

Not worth the Price

Pros: Quite.
Cons: Honesty! Rooms! Property!
Location: Horse Riding. Boating.
Booked at Harbor Tower, when I reached there at 9 pm they told me they are having problem with electric in Harbor tower, so they going to give me FREE upgrade to Juliette Suite. the suite was very dirty. Stain on the carpet, Bed skirt was torn, Tiles were missing from Fire place, shower door was broken, creak in the hot tub, and BUGS in the room. Called guest services they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I think Ramada/ Days Inn might have better rooms then this. Then they said we can put you back in Harbor Tower if you want, but we can't do anything about BUGs. So I took an offer (Electric problem at first) and moved to Harbor tower around 10. Almost everything was filled, so I don't think there were any problem. This room was clean. Looks like recently upgraded. So my suggestion Don't take upgrade without checking the room. There is nothing around it, you will find Dunkin and Subway about 10 miles. Looks like very old property and it requires lot of upgrades.

It was okay. Location was nice. Jacuzzi was clean in the Harbour room. They really need to do some renovations and modernize the rooms.

Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to read your suite was clean and you enjoyed the location. We have made some additions to the suites in modernizing them by adding flat screen HDTVs and will continue to look at how else we can improve the experience for our guests.

The stay wasn't ad I expected there were a lot of things such as the radio that didn't work.

I had a fantastic time, this is my second time going and it was even better than the first time.i have recommended the cove haven to all of my friends 😊 And I can't wait to go back again.

Poconos Anniversary Getaway

Pros: Unique suite, comedy and entertainment.
Cons: Outdated furniture and fixtures in the suite. The outside of the suites also need renovating. All inclusive breakfast and dinner needs to be improved.
Location: The location was nice and private sort of in the woods. We went in the winter so it was a little too cold for us to enjoy the outdoor activities.
The overall experience was good. We stayed in the Champagne Tower Suite which was over $500 a night. While the suite itself was unique, private and comfortable, I really thought that aside from the tower, private pool and bed, the suite needed a lot of modern updating. The rest of the suite was outdated and smelled of moth balls when we initially walked in. The bathroom fan was loud and obnoxious and the showerhead in the bathroom was very displeasing. Because it is quite pricey to stay at this place, it might be a good idea for future renovations to be done at this place. The separate gifts that can be ordered along with the room are also very pricey and don't include much. I would bring my own candles, wine glasses and chocolates... Not worth purchasing from the resort. The food offered in the all you can eat breakfast and dinner buffet was quite disappointing as well. While there was some variety, the food itself was not very tasty.
