“Room was dirty and in disrepair. Furniture was torn and stained -- one chair has a cigarette burn hole in it. The room smelled stale and musty it used to be a smoking room that hasn't been properly remediated. Hairs from previous guests were found on the bathroom and on the toilet. Certainly not worth $180/night. Arguably an $80/night motel.”

“Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was nice. No elevator. We had a ground floor room but heard others complaining about lugging things to 2nd Floor. Would stay again”

“We spent our anniversary here and enjoyed every minute of it. As soon as you step in the front door you feel as if you've stepped back in time. So if you enjoy old time feel then this is the place for you. Steeped in history you feel as if you are walking the halls of yesterday because you are walking the halls of yesterday. “The outside looked weathered and I was a little worried at first, but everything was nice and the people were helpful and friendly. I preferred this hotel over the expensive one we stayed in in Niagara Falls earlier that week.”

“Did not like we had to check in at a different hotel location....and return keys there when checking out. I think there were other options at check out. Parking was tight. Only 2 spots left when we returned after 9:30pm. Very close to all the bakeries via car. Walking distance to most of downtown shops. Great Pretzel place across street.”
