Cheap Hotel in Convenient ARea

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Room cleanliness, especially drawers.
Location: 15 minutes to the mountains, 15 minutes to Denver, close to shops and resturants.
This hotel was exactly as expected. It's an inexpensive long term hotel used by travelers, business folks, and people unable to secure a lease for whatever reason. It could be cleaner (be sure the vacuum out the drawers!), the rooms could be more well maintained (broken outlets, scratched furniture), and it could provide at least a few eating utensils and/or better main office hours so that guests can have instant access to their kitchens. Aside from that, customer service was generally superb. Those assisting with check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. The only annoyance was that I received so many emails asking me to review the hotel, while I was there, while I was in transit home, the day after I returned home. Would be nice to be able to enjoy my visit and have a moment to rest before being inundated with this spam.

Nice place but hotel is not great

Pros: The area where the hotel is, is nice but there are 3 other hotels in the same area that I will use next time.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room is a must and open up the parking spaces so we can fit a car.
The place is nice because is close to restaurants, highway and other places like Walmart and gas stations, but the room was a little disappointing. Room was dirty when I came in, I use to leave the AC on so the room could be at a good temperature when I come back but everyday when I arrived it was OFF. The garbage bags that I left at the door where not picked up for 5 days and there was no garbage bin where I could go to put them myself. Parking spaces are so tight that when parking the minivan 2 times someone parked so close that I could not open the door and had to come in by the other side.

Overpriced and dirty. Worst hotel I've stayed at. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Horrible

This was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had!!!! I checked in and within 3mins there was no one to be found in the office or on the grounds. The room was a mess, no towels and about a half gallon of water on the bathroom floor. The next morning the manager came to the door to remins us we had ro be out by 11am. When I brought these things to his attention, he told me to come speak to him at his office. Again he was no where to be found. Ive calles 10 times and left a measage everytime.

Picture and towel bar fell off the wall. This place needs maintenance. I didnt take any pics because YUK!! Looks ok from outside. Will not be staying here ahain.☹

Extended stay Queen size unit, not so fresh smelli

Mostly the facility was adequate for a two week stay while needing to be in Denver for work. Tge kitchen was super clean and so was the room and bathroom. I just couldn't get the stink out of the room! It smelled pretty bad, like petroleum products mixed with stale cigarette smoke. I ended up buying air fresheners, which made it tolerable. But I don't think I will stay here again.

WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

We Walked into a smoking room when I ordered non smoking. The air wouldn't work so we went to call the front desk and the phone wouldn't work. At midnight They switched our rooms but we had to sleep in twin beds when we started with a king bed. The night manager said they would give us a discount and the next morning when I asked about it and told them about our stay they said that there was nothing they could do because we booked the room through a third party, Expedia. Not at all a good experience!!!

Great Customer Service

Decent hotel with a great location. We checked in about midnight and it was busy. The lady helping everyone was fantastic. She did a great job in a difficult situation. Give her a much deserved raise. I will return jusy because of her.
