“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……

“We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. Even the winding, adventure-filled drive there makes the arrival feel earned. The food was another major highlight with fresh, healthy breakfasts……

“We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.”

“The welcome was so thoughtful. The owner did not just hand us a map and keys. Rather she thoroughly oriented us to the city and its history, told us the regions of the old city to get the best deals on quality products and meals, and was lovely to interact with for our whole stay.”

“The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights.”

“Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels……

“The reception staff were absolutely delightful, they had free transport which was easy to book, although I did not use I feel like this was an amazing idea for people who did not want to worry about parking or car rentals. The hotel looked very modern and brand new, the area was lovely and I would definitely come back. To improve they should not allow people to put their towels on the sun-bed and leave it there for hours unattended, it is unfair for the other guests and ruins the experience. The……

“Schönes kleines Hotel in der besten Lage am venezianischen Hafen. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zur Zampeliou Straße, damit keinen Meerblick, dafür war es ab 0.00 Uhr sehr ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit einem früheren Check in. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Nachbarhotel.”

“Perfect location in the centre of the old town, walking almost straight line to the bus station. To be in the old town need to trade location with size and condition of the building, but not in this one , ultra modern amazing architecture on a well preserved archeological site . My room was standard but it was very spacious which is something you don’t expect from a centrally located hotel . Very clean , quiet for its location in the centre of everything apart from empty bottles collection at……

“Friendly staff at the front desk and bar! They stayed late for us to check in and gave great local recommendations at the bar! Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower! “I had a nice and peaceful time at this lovely hotel. The room was modern and had a relaxing aura to it. The raised hot tub was the highlight of the room. The air conditioning was a plus, and I loved the natural light coming in through the large windows. My particular room didn't have a view, but having access to a communal balcony was a great perk. It made my stay even better. The breakfast was amazing and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I highly recommend Monastery if you're going to……
