If there were more stars on this review I would give them over 5. The entire staff was helpful with a smile on their faces. The restaurant downstairs of the hotel was terrific authentic Vietnamese food. Love it. We wanted to stay one more night but they were sold out and they took our luggage to the new hotel while we were in an all day tour we had booked. Service overall was wonderful.

"After 4 days riding a motorcycle around Northern Vietnam this hotel was extremely comfortable. Comfortable bed, never ending hot water, the food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
