Looks like a mortuary in the 80s

Its dark ,smell bad and old if they put a couple of hundred thousand its a good location ,but indian people are to much serious for me

Worst hotel I ever stayed at

The hotel was difficult to get to. Elevator did not work. Fire and smoke detector was removed. Had to walk through a maze to get to the room from the lobby. Do not stay here unless there is no other available.

Just ok

Beds were very comfortable. Room needed some serious updating. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. Had to walk a really really ling ways to get to room and my grandmother walks with a cane

Close to the airport

Hotel has an airport shuttle. Tried calling for it with no answer around 10 times. Ended up catching a ride on a parking shuttle and walking the rest of the way. Asked the desk person if their phone was working and she said kind of. Told her I called numerous times and she just brushed it off. The room smelled a little musty and carpet was loose on the floor as you walked. It was a quiet room though.

Price is affordable. Rooms are adequate. Staff was very polite. Shuttle to and from airport. Restaurant (India Place) was amazing.

Close to the airport

Pros: The bed and bath were clean except the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a wonderful shower head that really worked well.
Cons: Better directions online to get to the hotel. Better signage at the main road.
Location: City of St. Louis
This hotel is in the middle of renovation. It was Thanksgiving so it was almost deserted. The desk personal didn't supply any of the regular information, like meal time, wifi. I had to call down and ask. The morning food services was minimal and they seemed afraid of making too much because there wasn't some of the normally served items. It was probably an overworked staff working on a holiday but service was minimal and seemed non professional. The hotel directions are not accurate in my Garmin because the roads have changed.

Not what I expected.

Thought I was going to be getting a nice room near the airport. Turns out, it was far from that. Upon check in, there was an older man sitting behind the desk who wasn’t speaking English and was always saying something to the other girl working at the desk. Which made me feel very uncomfortable. Then when we were walking to our room (which was a legit maze to get there) it was as if the entire building was under construction. We got a no smoking room, but as we passed by rooms you could tell they were smoking rooms. When we got into our room, we had to walk all the way in to turn the lights on. The one in the doorway didn’t work. There were several outlets that didn’t work as well as lights. There was some very questionable patchwork done to the walls. (The walls were a dark green and the patching was obviously still white, and all over the rugs). The room we had was a room that connected to another room. There was no lock on the door. The part of the door where the lock should have been was stuffed with tissues. And the fridge/ microwave was shoved against the door. (I’m guessing so the other people didn’t open it?) There was no hand soap and 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. So if you’re looking for all the above things, book this place! Otherwise book someplace else.

Nice rooms, but...

Front desk staff member didn't remember to give us a key, and when she did she didn't remember to give us a room number. She seemed confused as to why we were still standing there. Sent us to a room with someone already in it. Had to go back for a new room/key. It was pretty ridiculous.

Close to Airport

Pros: Was fairly close to airport & shuttle worked well, but that's about the only thing we liked about it.
Cons: Carpet, bathroom, furniture. Price was too high for quality of room.
Selected hotel based on reviews, but were very disappointed with the condition of the room. Didn't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel but couldn't even rate this a 3 star hotel. Rooms definitely need some updating. Did not get to try the breakfast since we had an early flight. Location was good & so was the shuttle service. Serves its purpose if you just need a room for the night because of an early flight.
