I like the Embassy Suites brand in general. This hotel could be freshened up a bit. And the staff was not the friendliest crew that we’ve ever met. Otherwise it was a pleasant one night stay. *Kudos to the cook who served “excellence” despite a constant flow of kiddos and adults eager for pancakes and omelets :)

The room was dirty upon arrival. Stains on carpet, couch and chair at the desk. I asked to be switched to a different room and they told me it would be 45 minutes before the other rooms were cleaned. I waited for an hour and a half and my family of 6 left. Very disappointed in this hotel.

We chose this property for a business trip because of the excellent reviews. After on hour of being in our room we had a bedbug crawling on us. We gather our belongings and went to the desk. Bug in a jar. We were promptly moved to another room that had no hot water. We were offered drink, vouchers and moved yet again to another room. The staff was excellent they did what they had the power to do.

The fire alarms went off at 11pm, it was extremely loud, woke up my children, we went down to the lobby and no one addressed us.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The area by the kitchen smelled like sewage after checking in but the next morning the smell was gone. The pool was nice and clean, a bit cold but enjoyable.

Check in staff was attentive and amazing. Great feeling to be here. Happy hour staff was very respectful and kind. I was blown away. Bar staff left some to be desired. Kind but gruff. Ryan at the front desk is the star of this trip. Texted us once we were in our room, happy to help with our kids. Great job Ryan.

For amount paid….poor quality
No hot water for shower pm and am, not handicap accessible, mattress on sofa bed stained and coming apart, you had to turn halfway and reach back for the toilet paper , no adjustable thermostat. We had to go downstairs from 5 th floor for extra bedding for sofa bed and towels. They knew 5 in room only 3 sets of towels. No where except on vending machines did it say no cash accepted had to make extra trips to room bc of this

Stay away from this hotel! It’s absolutely disgusting and dirty. When we arrived, we noticed the flood and elevator were dirty and smell but didn’t think much of it. The room the gave us had this terrible smell between humidity and weed. I asked for another room, they sent me to one that the key was not working, then to another one that was even worse. It was late and diced to stay for the night, we had been traveling and exhausted. The bed my husband sleep in has bug beds and the 3 of us had the worst allergy for the humidity. One of the beds had dirty linens and didn’t include enough towels for all gets. When we requested another towel and fresh linens and the Staff said no clean ones in the entire hotel. We decided to leave even when we had paid for another night.

Compared to the Embassy Suites brand and what I’ve become used to - my overall stay was average at best. Room was average - could pay more attention to cleanliness of the rooms, hallways and high traffic guest areas. The breakfast and evening reception was the best part of my stay. Tammy was awesome and amazing at her job. She’s definitely an asset to this property. Again, stay was average at best, not up to the Embassy Suites’ brand.

The property was an "airport" location, so it was convenient to the airport, but not much else. If you had taken a shuttle from the airport and did not have a vehicle, it would be difficult to get anywhere.

Every staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant. They happily went out of their way to assist even when they didn't have to, like when my son left his airpod charging case on the airport shuttle. They located and held on to it for five days until our return. Above and beyond!

I love Embassy Suites and stay at them as often as I can when traveling for work. This was the worst one I think I've stayed at. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned well as there was trash behind the night stands when I arrived and the shampoo bottle was bone dry. The gym area is tiny compared to many other locations. The pool is fine but no hot tub like many other locations. The made to order omelette breakfast was not served at the same time as normal breakfast. I finished breakfast by 8 am both days I ate there and the station wasn't even setup. My last day I saw some omelettes being made around 9:30 though so I guess they do serve them but it's anyone's guess what time. The little "convenience store" area basically had nothing in it as well. It felt like staying at a hotel that was either about to go under or was brand new and trying to figure things out. It's not conveniently located near almost literally anything. Certainly not without a car and even if you drove, the turn in is kind of dangerous. If you want to stay at an Embassy Suites, stay at the one downtown. This felt like someone slapped an Embassy Suites sign on a Holiday Inn.

Terrible experience, we had booked two rooms and when we arrive to the hotel, it was 7 PM. They were no rooms available. Finally they gave us one room which had the smell of smoking and weed will never ever stay at the embassy extremely poor customer service. They had no timeline for anything. We were traveling with a small kid, exhausted after a full day. We had to cancel the booking and go to another hotel.

When I arrived at hotel they did not have me a room they tried to have me go to another hotel I refused because my room was already paid for for this hotel the manager had a lot of complaints from guests she was overwhelmed she finally found me a room when I got in room no plate for microwave ask manager for one she laughed and said I don’t have a plate I had to go get more food because I couldn’t heat up food I had already bought breakfast sausage was horrible breakfast was cold it could be better if they take they time and put out quality food and not quantity food

As a family of 6, we have stayed at Embassy Suites a lot. However, this time we were disappointed. There were only two towels in our room at check-in despite the reservation having six people staying in our suite. When we asked for towels, they were never brought to our room. We had to go to the front desk the following morning to get towels. There also was no bedding for the pull-out couch. The shampoo dispenser in our bathroom was broken and despite requesting its repair three times, the problem was never resolved. The staff was polite, but didn't do well at solving any issues we had during our stay.
