Great location to airport. Love the free shuttle. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Hilton lowered their level of service

In general we like Hilton Hotels and when possible try ti stay in them, their level of service had bern very good in the past, but in this trip it changed dramatically. They did not clean the room, and I had to get into an argument to get clean towels and water, the lady (rude and unhelpful) even suggested I should get down and pick them myself, and the next day I had to get into another argument to order room service for the next morning. Over the years I have stayed in Hiltons Hotels more than a 100 times, more than once at this hotel and Was very happy every time, it would be a shame if this is their new standard of service

Unprepared room

I booked the room a week or two prior to arriving and when we arrived our room was not ready. The staff gave us both a free drink voucher but the room was not ready for another 3.5 hours later. Would recommend the hotel but definitely make sure the room is ready.. On time.

Friendly staff, clean hotel close to shopping

I had a very good experience staying at your hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel shuttle was a nice addition to a great weekend.

Wish Our Stay Here Was Longer

We checked in late in the evening to catch a flight home early in the morning. Beautiful, clean, super comfy room. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Pros: Location and facilities.
Location: Central access to area.
Stay here on a regular basis. Nice facilities. Restaurant onsite.

Our stay at this hotel was verry uncomfortabale, due to the many thing in bath room were not functioning due to brokin shower fouset & shower pipe . Towlet fleshing handle wea not fuuntioabla. T.V.was not operatable.Inspite repeted complens,there was no action taken..The staff at front dask are very irresposable & keep ignoring oue concerns.We hope someone from your end look into our concern, if you want tohave our repeet bussines as well as our friends. Disappointed Hotel had no rollaway beds otherwise breakfast was good

Dear Valued Guest, I'm sorry to see that you were disappointed in the fact that we do not have rollaway beds available. We do have sofa beds in our king rooms, but our maximum occupancy per room is 4 so we would be unable to use rollaways in the double rooms.
