Nice hotel

I enjoyed my stay as far as the staff they were very nice especially Terran he was awesome! The room was cool but I like to be comfortable when I sleep and it seem to get a little warm at night, they had to give us a fan to use!

It was clean and nice and staff was nice good breakfast a lot to choose from. But said I got my room for $107 they charged me 155 so hopefully it's just the hold on $50 and be back on my card few days if not I will be calling

Horrible experience!!!!

It's been 2 days still waiting on a call from the GM. Stayed 2 nights, asked for towels one morning at 7am, never received any. Room was never serviced/cleaned, bathroom was dirty upon arrival, ordered room service, issue with order called and spoke to supervisor at the restaurant, she was super rude. Salad I ordered was soggy with cold chicken. The next day called to speak to higher mgr, spoke to the assistant who gave me a very small amount of credit(couldn't do more at her level, also because I booked the room through 3rd party(Expedia).) At that time I asked to speak to someone higher and she stated the GM wasn't available and to call back another day. I also asked her for towels and unfortunately never revived them. After waiting about 45 minutes, I called back and asked another staff member if it was possible we can get towels. Finally got them. It's unbelievable a hotel as the Renaissance having the reputation they do and received horrible service and the worse experience and no compensation. Sadly, now I can't even trust Expedia. It's unfair because I booked through Expedia I can't get a compensation for all we experienced.

Awesome decor and good experience

I have never stayed in a place this fancy, and it was very nice overall for the deal I received. I wouldn't have paid full price, though, as it had too hard of a bed for me and we could really hear our neighbors and people in the hall. The bathrooms were extremely wonderful and I loved all of their decor, very chic. I did not like that you had to pay for breakfast, but it was very good. So, overall a good place.

*THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE-STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK*

Pros: LEAVING IT!
Cons: The management’s attention to the safety of their guest. Especially the children if it's such a "Family Friendly" establishment!
If you are traveling with minor kids please be beware of this hotel.I had my 2 boys, age 9 & 13, with me and it was a horrifying experience. It states family friendly-it is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! Upon arrival, there's a one-sheet waiver sitting on the counter (TACKY) to sign acknowledging possible law-enforcement involvement for: illicit drug use, public intoxication, loud parties, property damage and extra charges for cleaning an excessively dirty room! Indoor pool had a sign stating 15 occupants max.It was shoulder to shoulder well over the 15 with adults who had beer bottles/cans lining the outside parameter of the concrete walk way of the pool.Others out of the pool were SMOKING, drinking and carrying on very loud inappropriate language.When mentioned to the front desk NO ACTION was taken to remedy the environment for the children’s safety & their enjoyment. At 3am I was jolted into a scare,I wasn't sleeping because the AC wasnt working,by a loud male voice who was banging on my door to let him in&insisting I call the front desk due to him locking himself out of his room.I refused to open the door, thank GOD,&called the front desk.To maximize the time I took to call for this stranger,I asked for maintenance to look at the AC.When I hung up I looked out the peep to check on the situation, the man was sitting on the floor NAKED!The maintenance person showsup 30mins later to let this crazy in.He comes across the hall to my room to “that’s all the blowing it does!”

Never again

It took over 25 minutes to be checked in....no, there wasn't a line. The staff was indifferent to guests and not very friendly. I was literally asked in a nasty tone "do you want the room or not?" when I asked if there was a double room available and was told no. Yes, the room was clean but I would never stay there again.
